The restaurant is small and quaint. Minimal decor but clean. Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the pepper beef (Thai Spice level 2), dumplings and spring rolls. The spring rolls were slightly more done than I would have liked but still fresh and good. The beef was tender and flavorful. It was seasoned nicely. Portions are generous. They do not have tap to pay just for a reminder. I’d call ahead if you have a large party.

Second time here and still love it! The quality of food is superb. Portions are hefty and taste is wonderful. I’ve had the pad Thai w chicken here and the pad woon Sen and really enjoyed the clear noodles! The service is attentive and you can tell they can handle the lunch rush. Easy parking. Small-ish restaurant w limited seating but quick service and tasty food!

We are never disappointed when we come here. The food is fresh and absolutely incredible! We had an appetizer of Fried Tofu, and the Pad Kee Mao.

My family and I tried Thai Basil for the first time today. We’ve tried many (excellent) Thai restaurants in the River Valley Area, but this one was right up there with most of the ones we’ve tried. I got some Panang Curry that was as good as any I’ve had in memory. My wife actually got some Pho, which is obviously Vietnamese and not Thai, but she said that hers was as good as any she’d remembered getting in Fort Smith too. So overall, the quality of the food was a big bonus for all of us. That being said, two things that I really appreciated about Thai Basil were: 1) the speed with which they brought out our dishes was AMAZINGLY quick (and they were all piping hot), especially being that it was the middle of the lunch hour, and; 2) our waitresses also made a real effort to be friendly and attentive in their service. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would recommend Thai Basil!

This place is great if you love Thai food! It was overall an excellent experience. We went in at 1:00 and it wasn’t super crowded. In fact, it was more busy when we left at 2:00. The overall atmosphere is good, it’s super quiet if you are the only ones there, so it can be a little awkward sometimes. The service was great, we had some mishaps with splitting our bill, but it all worked out. The overall food was amazing! Just be prepared to pay a little more for more rice.

This place was delicious! The waitresses are very nice and kind! There wasn’t much people in the restaurant at the time we went so our wait time for food was very short. Everything came out so good and so fast. It also wasn’t very expensive, especially considering the quality of food. I am definitely coming back for more!

The food is awesome! Big portions, great flavors, always freshly made. The staff are friendly and attentive. Happy atmosphere. Tables and decor are plain, but clean. I suggest some brighter colors for walls. One of my favorite places to eat!!!

I want to start by saying I understand that prices are rising everywhere. Restaurants are no exception. However, a restaurant must alert customers if their prices have changed. This was not our experience. A menu item was charged higher than stated. When we pointed that out, we were unapologetically told that the higher charge was correct despite what the menu said. (There was no other signage stating prices may be different than printed). They were quite rude about it. We paid the higher prices, but we will never go back. It wasn’t about $3.00. It’s the principle. Good luck.
