I asked for super Thai hot and they didn’t disappoint. It was almost too hot as I could only taste the peppers. (Probably my own fault). The curry that Incould taste was pretty good but it seemed a bit curdled, if that’s possible. The other person had sweet and sour shrimp and that was much better than mine.

Family owned and operated. The restaurant is still in the process of developing its customer base. Staff is pleasant and courteous. The dining room is decorated nicely. The food is really good. My favorite is cashew chicken and I have not had better anywhere. Thai Blues is closed on Sunday. Both lunch and dinner are available the rest of the week.

The food was fantastic but the service is the worst I’ve had in recent memory. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there. They were out of sweet tea which was a huge red flag. The drink refills took FOREVER, and she never checked to ask how things were going. We waited for over 10 minutes for a bill before we were told to come pay up front. Another employee berated our server for making a mistake on the credit card machine right in front of us. We could hear them listening to music, singing, laughing, and having a good time in the back of the store so that must be more important than servicing your customers. These children are going to ruin their parents restaurant, please fire them. All these reviews have the same complaints, deal with it or shut it down. If your restaurant is empty on a Saturday evening, it’s already probably too late

Today was my first time: overall great main dish. Fair appetizer. As soon as we got there (around noon), we were asked for drinks and the sweet tea wasn’t even made yet. Speed of service was extremely slow, waited almost 45 minutes for our food that was then brought out to the wrong table. And at the end of our visit, our dessert wasn’t even ready so we ended up not getting it.

I think its delicious, and the staff always seems polite. Coming from a major city with TONS of culinary options, this is one of the best options in Burlington. My only drawback, is the lunch portion size is small for the price point. It’s more like a kids meal for an adult meal price (I’m not happy about that).

We stopped in today and tried Thai food for the first time. We were not at all disappointed! Everything was delicious (We had shrimp in a blanket for the appetizer, Pad Thai with Chicken, and then sweet rice and mango for desert. They were super friendly and spent time making sure we were taken care of. The restaurant itself was really clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Keeping in mind that this is a family run restaurant, with what seems like only Mom in the kitchen and the oldest daughter [maybe 14] waiting tables, you expect the service to be one of two things, cloyingly sweet or lax and slow. It was the later. The little girl seems uncertain when taking orders, and getting drinks and the check took much longer than necessary. The food was good though, definitely somewhat redeeming. My husband isn’t big on Asian food so it would have to be phenomenal for him to request it again and he probably won’t, but the Thai hot was spicy enough so that helped a bit. I loved the duck noodle soup, and it was exactly what I wanted. Not a horrible experience but definitely a time consuming one.

The food is authentic and delicious, everything came out perfectly cooked and the portions were great! The Thai iced tea came out not too sweet and just right. I highly recommend the beef noodle soup, the broth was very tasty.

As I walked place was empty and no one at the counter to greet me. As i approached the counter to place an order to go took a menu and looked over it. When I decided i placed my order and went out side to wait for it to be ready and in about 10/15 minutes it was done. Great! as so I thought… Nope… I had to ask for utensils, and when I arrived back at my car as I was washing clothes next door food was nearly cold and did not taste fresh at all, very bland and dry. Wasn’t good but not nasty just not what i am use too. Thai food is usually sticy or at a minimum flavorful and this was neither. For a total of nearly $20 for a single order would have been well worth if food was good.
