I had an outstanding dining experience at Thai Box! The seafood salad was a delightful burst of flavors with fresh ingredients that left me craving for more. Worse Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Greasy, runny sauce, very little meat and vegetables and very salty. It was almost all noodles, which were very skinny. I was really looking forward to some good Pad Thai. This was not worth the calories. I left most of it uneaten. The place was empty and no one came in while I was there. That should have been my first clue.

I ordered Thai Box online and was pretty disappointed in what we got. I ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken & hibachi fried rice with beef. Both dishes had maybe 2oz of protein scattered in tiny shreds, lots of big carrot slices to bulk it up, and the flavor was meh. Ordered both dishes at Spicy level 2, neither had any spice whatsoever. I admit though the Thai tea was super delicious! Unfortunately, we will not be returning and will get Thai food elsewhere.

Upon walking in you are immediately hit with the bathroom stench which is completely unappetizing, as one could imagine. The customer service is severely lacking as the woman who took our order was extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here based on their customer service alone and then adding in the fact that the entire restaurant smells like a toilet, you do not want to give this place your money. The food didn’t even make up for their poor customer service. The Lo Mein wasn’t cooked all the way through nor did they have any flavor and the pho had absolutely no flavor. It tasted like they boiled water and threw rice noodles and some chunks of chicken in it. The same woman who rudely took our order came to the table to make me hurry and finish my pho and insisted on putting it in the to-go container for me because I wasn’t doing it fast enough. I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect from a restaurant before. Will never return and I don’t suggest that you do either or even ever try this place.

We stopped and ate at this place before we went to see a hockey game and we will definitely be back. The young lady at the counter was so very nice and explained what they were and what they served. She gave a recommendation and we went for it and it was so good. On the spice level we went with a 1 and I’m glad because that was just hot enough. We will be back soon to eat and the portions they serve will definitely fill you up. They serve coke and that is always a bonus for me. So give them a try and I know that you will be glad you did.
