The food is pretty good, but the wait is unreasonable. I ordered carry out and it took over 30 minutes. The discouraging part was that the restaurant wasn’t busy. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant and no one walked in for carry out. Ventilation isn’t great. Also, not convenient for call ahead take out because you have to park your car in garage across the street. Pretty sure they offer delivery (maybe through a third party)- that’s the best way to enjoy the food.

The food is a great and the value matches. The prices are 20% cheaper than at a restaurant and their portions are maybe only about 10% smaller. In terms of the most important ingredient of taste, they do a good job with having a fairly objective spice ranking system to tailor your dishes to your affinity to heat.

Love this place!!! I live in the apartment next door and always count on Thai by Thai for a delicious dinner. I usually do take out so I can just bring it back to my apartment and eat at home but I would definitely eat in the restaurant. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly. The Thai iced tea is amazing and the food blows me away every time!! Super recommend this place. They make my favorite dish: crispy basil duck, and they might make it the best of what I’ve had so far. Recommend trying it next time you go!

Pretty good food here. Prices are average. I had the chicken larb salad which is really good. Had to buy rice on the side to help balance out the flavors. Wish there were more drink choices. Over all a good place to eat. Need to try more tradiational thai dishes here and review again.

I came here for 2 separate occasions (lunch & dinner). I would only recommend getting their main entree’s such as pad thai, drunken noodles, fried rice, etc. I would advise not to order any appetizers. The appetizer prices are way to high for the portions and it is store bought. All that said, the main dishes are the way to go.

One star because of service mostly. We lived in Thailand, the food is not authentic, some is ok. Our first and last time there – we ordered four waters, and she handed my kids the glasses for self serve. I was busy talking and the kids filled the bottom of their two glasses with soda. The one staff person came over in a rude way and asked the wrong person in our party to get up and pay for two drinks. I dislike paying tips ahead of time.

I come semi-regularly enough that the staff know what I always order and steer me in the right direction if I forgot which soup I like. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are professional and friendly always with a smile on their faces and a kind words. They are also very good with the younger guests. My son who is Autistic is always made to feel welcome. In fact the staff ask about him when I come in by myself.

This is a Panera style business for Thai food. You will still pay the regular price of a Thai restaurant (maybe slightly less??), but in a very casual environment. The food is ok. I got pineapple fried rice and it was LOADED with onions. Wayyyy too many onions. And they were not well cooked, so just lots of raw onion with a little rice and some chunks of pineapple.

I think I visit this restaurant more than I visit my mom who also lives in the area. I eat at Thai Thai for the convenience and the delicious cuisine. It’s my go to restaurant for a quick Thai dinner after work.
