I just had lunch here and I really liked it. I got the vegan basil noodles. It was yummy and plenty of food. I come here for the thai tea which is my favorite, I’ve never had the food. I’m glad I gave it a try. The service is friendly. This is a winner for me!

We wanted to eat here tonight. Unfortunately, we were told that it would be at least a 30-minute wait for food. It’s not a very fast fast food restaurant. Im not sure as to why there was a delay, but we decided to go a different direction for dinner, which wasn’t much better for timeliness. We have had food here in the past, and it is what you would expect for a fast food Thai place. They have put in seating since our last visit. It’s not a lot of seating and nothing bigger than a 2 top. I’m still in search of a good Thai restaurant in the area.

I made a To go order for the first time with this restaurant. I ordered 2 yellow curries minus onion, bell peppers and tomatoes and added zucchini. When I made the drive back home which is 23 minutes away and opened up the food I was highly disappointed. The curry containers were only half way filled and when I called to speak with the manager he gave me a load of bull. He said because I took out some veggies that they don’t give the same amount of food. Absolutely zero emotions, no sorry, nothing. How in the world does that make sense? So you rip off your customers because they took out some veggies? $30 spent for only $15 worth of food. I will never come back to this place. You’re better off going to Thai Basil. The only reason I have two stars is because the food tastes good. Horrible business ethics though.

I’ll be honest. We have been customers for over 10 years. We often frequented their original restaurant on Val Vista. We were so happy when they opened their 2go concept and came to queen creek. With that said I’m sad to say we will no longer be customers of this establishment. Prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Yes. I understand. Inflation is a thing but it’s excessive. They now charge for protein additions when they didn’t before. Portion sizes have been slashed as well. You don’t get to have it both ways and expect customers to be loyal. Service is also a very big issue with your Queen Creek location. I feel like the staff expects me to be thankful for giving them my money. It obviously should be the other way around. It’s a pretty sad situation all around. Also, your canned response to negative reviews asking people to email in their complaint show you really don’t care.
