Had an issue with my order from this location (ink on the inside of the container and an unexplained mixup on another) that I reported on the app with a rep advising me they forwarded to the store. Heard nothing. Contacted the corporate feedback email on the website, heard nothing. Went to the actual store location and the manager was unable to process a refund on the register/terminal so had me hand write my contact information on a piece of paper with the promise of being refunded/contacted. Once again, nothing. Tried to avoid writing a review like this by taking the above steps, but pretty much exhausted my options. Never had any issues with any other locations but this one was a let down with the overall quality/taste and the ink or whatever that is contaminating the inside of the container. Changed my view of this restaurant chain.

Love Thai Chili. I order it frequently! I always get Thai Fried Rice, Dumplings and Chow Mein. My husband has ordered the Pad Thai and he loves it. Their chili sauce is so bomb as well

Came in today with my husband for the first time. The ladies up front were so amazingly sweet and helpful. They really went above and beyond. The Pad Thai and dumplings were Delicious! Will definitely add them to our rotation!

I went to the southeast location on Power Rd & they are always super nice here. I was told my food would be running late and they were able to get it to me quicker due to work. I will always come to this location. All the staff members are super helpful and accommodating. The food is also super yummy!

I’m gf and there’s a chicken app on the menu that is gluten friendly but the allergy chart on the counter says it has wheat on it so that’s concerning but overall food is always good.
