We will never go there again worst imitation of Thai food we have ever had the prices extremely high for this food. My wife is Asian, she took hers home recooked it to authenticity. My wife had the soup she said it a was out of a package. I had the appetizer platter the chicken,ran goons,spring rolls were like they had been recooked the peanut sauce was curry sauce. I asked the waiter if everything was always cooked fresh he said yes but was surprised when I showed him my Rangoon it was not crisp it was rubbery he said he would let them know but no one came out too see us so we believe they must be to embarrassed! The people that have rated this a good place to eat obviously do not know authentic-Thai food.

The food is good. The service on the other hand ruined my experience as well as the bathrooms, so dirty it really makes you wonder what the kitchen must look like. It seemed like the servers couldn’t care less about their customers. The majority of their time was spent sitting at a table in the dining area on their phones next to some guy who was sleeping at the same table… I’m not sure what the owner was paying them to do. Interacting with customers was at the lower end of their priority list. On the hunt for tasty Pho in Kzoo.

I LOVE this place. The best Thai food I’ve ever had. The peanut curry noodle and masama curry are my favorites. I use to eat their at least twice a week! I hate that I moved to Florida because nothing seems to compare 🙁 Please come to Jacksonville!! lol 🙂

They tried to hand off a meal that had already left the store for over 20 minutes, after making me wait a total of 30 minutes for my order only to realize it had left with another customer. Waited a total of 50 minutes, then when the other customer brought back the food they went in back with it… Rebagged it and handed it to me as if it was a fresh order, when confronted they originally lied to me and said it was fresh. That quickly changed when I called them on it. They never once apologized or offered to make it right they simply said “the other guy didn’t eat any of it, it’s fine”. I’m never going back and you should stay away too!

Excellent food, excellent service. I tried it for the first time about 1 yr ago. It has now become a place that I dine at regularly. If you want spicier food, just ask for it to be made that way. I recommend this restaurant to anybody that enjoys fine cuisine at a reasonable cost.

We cancelled our reservations at Hunan across the street to go here, and boy did we regret it. The service was negligent at best, and the food that flat and overpriced. Next time we feel like pad Thai, well be back at Bangkok Flavor across town. Much better experience there.
