I haven’t eaten here in years, but I honestly think it got better! This is one of the few places that serves curry puffs and they have kabocha squash dishes, which I love. They have a large menu with choices you won’t find elsewhere. As a vegetarian, I’m pleased that they will cook my dishes without fish sauce, and unlike other Thai restaurants, Thai Diamond does do it well.

This place was so amazingly good, I totally LOVE it!! The atmosphere made me completely at home. None of that glitzy art deco some places are doing. The ladies were so wonderful who served my meal! I ordered the shumai (they are delicious!) Some curry puffed pastries (phenomenal) & Singapore noodles with beef. The noodles were firm yet also wide enough to hold a ton of the delicately flavored sauce that only a person skilled with the knowledge of his craft can attain over a lifetime. I also suggest the sticky rice with mango to end your meal! I left with an entire meal for later! You will not be disappointed!

After reading the other reviews we decided to give this place a try and I’m SO glad we did. You can order your food out of four levels of spiciness: mild, medium, hot or Thai hot. I ordered the Thai basil chicken mild and it was really good. The sauce wasn’t overly salty, just the right amount of basil and the veggies we’re sauteed perfectly! The only thing I wish I did differently was order it medium instead of mild. The other person in my party said their pad thai was the best they had in such a long time. I know some Thai restaurants can be a hit or miss but for the price and the short wait time, this place is definitely a hit.

I am so disappointed to be giving such a low rating after seeing so many positive reviews. We ordered the thai stir fry vegetable and pad thai and both were subpar at best. The pad thai was oily and orange and didn’t even taste like pad thai? The stir fry sauce was watery and bland. I have tried many different Thai restaurants and this one ranks with some of the worst. I’m really hoping this place isn’t the best around the Denver area as other reviews have stated as that’s just depressing.
