They had a daily special, but then tried to charge us a La carte. When my husband called them out on it they tried to tell us it was 4 dollars tax on a 10 dollar meal. Lol. Very much a bait and switch and dishonest dealings. Or else they don’t know how to do math. Either way, pretty poor business practice, And the food wasn’t great either. Stay away!

I placed my order via the register, then 3 minutes later a Latino cook from Sbarro came over and headed right to the Thai cook and asked her to make his meal in Spanish. After placing his order with the cook, 2-3 minutes later the cashier took his order. 9 minutes after I placed my order, I noticed the same cook was NOT preparing my order like she was doing the other. So I noticed she was cooking the Sbarro cook food before mines? That’s when another male black cook said, I am preparing your meal. I expressed to the manager, I was not happy about the discrimination I was just a part of. I requested my money back because I was not going to spend my money with a place where you are discriminated against.

Service was fine, the restaurant was clean but the food was horrible. I eat Thai food very frequently but I could not eat more than two bites of my meal. It was meal #2. I believe it’s pad see ew. Ew is right. It was greasy, bland, not cooked all the way, and so chewy. The veggies weren’t good either. The tofu had some flavor but not great either. I’m sad to say this but this was the worst Thai meal Ive ever had. Hope they can improve the quality.

Worst customer service. They will see but not even acknowledge and keep cooking or go back inside. Order fried rice and it was super dark, oily and sweeeeeet. Had to throw after few spoons. No veggies. If you dont know how to cook Thai, dont serve.

Horrible, rude service. They were very slow to make the food, only making one order at a time with multiple people waiting. After several minutes, I just asked “hi I’m just checking on order #XX” and the employee shot back sharply “not ready yet!” and turned around abruptly. I waited a while longer and finally got the food. Food was good but given the experience, not worth the wait and the attitude. Still it brought them up from 1 star to 2.

I waited for over ten minutes for my food, not to be made, just to be rung up. My food was literally in my face for 10 minutes before the only employee there told me she could not ring up my order to hand it over to me. She did not once touch the cash register, she only stated that she could not do it and let me leave without my order. I am beyond annoyed.

Went shopping in the Galleria with my husband today and decided to try out this little shop! It was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I had the General Thai chicken, spice 3, and it was amazing. I didnt think that the addition of pineapple to an already trendy dish would elevate it so much! Food was hot, staff were helpful and polite. Definitely will stop by again the next time I shop this mall.

Do not order the pad see ew. Easily the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The noodles are the major offender. Not sure how they are being prepared but they taste like they were cooked with old, dirty water.
