first impression: it was just ok. pretty good service all around for the most part. i got the general thai chicken. even at heat level 4 it was a little bland, fortunately they had a nice selection of sauces to add. a little hoisin and sriracha sauce and it was much better. she got the pad see ew noodles with beef. i didn’t care for the flavor of them and she wasn’t super impressed either. i will definitely try it again though. i really wanted the drunken noodles but that will be on the next trip.

Only open about a week, and considering the volume of people giving Thai Express a try, the staff is doing a swell job of keeping up! Food is good, we had the Yellow Curry and General Thai Chicken. Delish! Kudos!

The place is new and packed with customers even for a weeknight. I have family from Thailand and own Thai restaurants on the east coast, so I am pretty spoiled when it comes to authentic Thai food. We ordered the Pad Thai and Yellow curry beef. Taste wise, Pad Thai was good, and spicy. But the dish seems to be missing some definite refreshing lime, veggies and eggs in the mix. As for the beef curry, rice to beef ratio was a little high, and beef was kinda tough. I am most disappointed Madam curry was not on the menu.

This place is awesome. I discovered it at the beginning of winter and I ate there at least once a week. Getting the extra spicy food helped keep me warm through the cold season! The kitchen staff is always eager to help, and willing to customize any order to your liking. I appreciate that they take the extra time to ensure you get your desired spice level and flavors. For the amount of food you get, the prices are extremely reasonable. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my food.

If you’re giving this place something other than 5 stars, you’re probably not reviewing it for what it is. This is not a gourmet sit-down restaurant. This is fast food. And for fast food, it’s fantastic. It sure doesn’t taste like fast food. The food is ready in just a few minutes, the portions are great, prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. I got the pad thai, and it was different from what I’m used to, but in a good way. It had a generous portion of fresh crisp bean sprouts in it, which gave it a nice crunch. Everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be back!

I ordered the Pad See Ew. It was very tasty! I loved the flavor and the portions It was just enough to fill me up but not so much I had a bunch of leftovers. The price point is fair for the portions. The dining room was clean and atmosphere was enjoyable. Staff is clearly new and getting their footing still, but as long as management does the right thing and invests in their current talent and provides them training and encouragement I doubt that it will be an issue much longer. Eager to come back again soon.

Quality of food was very poor. I have had many variations of Pad Thai in my life, from a box to family recipes, and this was the only one to have ever made me sick. I asked for no tofu and still found some in my dish, my friend had a vegetable Pad Thai and the vegetables had a chemical taste to them and seemed undercooked. Nonetheless, both of us did not finish our meals and both felt unwell after the experience.

Unexpectedly good! I’ll be honest, with the name Thai “Express”, I was expecting more or less fast food with a little Thai flavor but what I got was really good Chicken Pad Thai made fresh right in front of me. The restaurant is very nice, if a little small. Prices are reasonable. The Shrimp Pad was $9.78 and the Chicken Pad was (I think) $8.89 and the portions were generous. My only area of concern is that they did not answer their phone and they temporarily only take cash.

The food was excellent. My wife isn’t big on Asian food and she loved it. I love Asian cuisine and really enjoyed my meal. I’ve eaten there twice and had the pad thai once and the chicken and vegetables meal the second time. Both were great. You can customize just about any dish on the menu. The service was great and the restaurant was really, really clean, which I think says a lot.

Large portions, good prices, fast friendly service, clean. But my friend nor myself were impressed with the food, we both thought the dishes were dry and lacked flavor. I got heat level 3 not that hot IMO. Others around use seemed to be enjoy meals, may try again and order something else.
