This is a local thai place in Mintern and worth the drive if you are visiting either Vail or Beaver Creek. As a fellow azn and foodie, I can attest that this is the most legit azn place for thai food where you aren’t paying through your XXX. They do change up their menu seasonally and have a small indoor seating area with outdoor when weather is good. I don’t think they are taking reservations but check out their website to double check. We have never had trouble getting a table when the place opens. My husband got the chicken pat thai and I got the shrimp thai fried rice. Portion sizes are also quite generous. I have enough food for and amazing breakfast tmrw morning. Check out the pictures to see!

Even though we didn’t make a reservation they still accommodated us. The food was really good. We got the starter which was the chicken dumpling… wasn’t a huge fan of it. But the shrimp fried rice was so so good. I definitely recommend it. The waitress did mention that the fried rice would be medium spicy… but maybe it’s because I’m Indian that I did not find it spicy at alll. The Thai chicken coconut curry was fairly sweet, which was also supposed to be spicy according to the waitress. Overall it was nice. Kinda pricey but I guess that’s vail!

Best Thai food I’ve ever had! Everything was fresh and of high quality. We ordered take out (which was convenient using their online ordering via the website) and everything was packed up neatly for easy transport… And they included everything we needed (utensils, napkins, sauces).

This place was delicious, cozy, clean and the food was perfect. We got the mussels, which came in a light white wine garlicky sauce with toasted bread, the chicken skewers were tender and moist, the pad Thai was great and the special seafood plate came in a metal pot that kept it warm. Get the budda beer too, it’s a great light lager.

OMG!!!! Soooo good!!!! Even busy during the winter time, they still make the food soo delicate, with little fried basil and cute grape tomatoes. The curry sauce is the best I ever had in the states, no kidding. Drunken noodle, awesome!!!! The Thai girl is really nice very good service!even the water is filtered! I love that!
