The street parking was a bit of a challenge, but we made it here. You can do 2 hour parking on the street. The food was okay. The fried tofu with lettuce and peanut sauce had a very interesting texture. The place was very busy.

Excellent restaurant, great food, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Its BYOB so feel free to bring a beverage or two and enjoy a great dinner. Food was so fresh and tasty. You can feel the love that goes into making these dishes. Spice level rated 1-10, I went with a 7 for my Sriracha Fried Rice and it was amazing!

We ordered takeout online a couple weeks ago and it was amazing. Super easy pick up and our order was perfect. We tried ordering online again today and the site wasn’t working, so we called in the order; my partner is allergic to peanuts and I forgot to mention it in the call (usually write it in the order notes). They were extremely pleasant when I called back apologizing and letting them know about the nut allergy and they swapped the affected entree ASAP. Thank you so much Thai Me Up!!!

Second time we’ve been here. It’s delicious. Appetizers, entrees, and the bubble tea is just what I need when I order a 5 in spiciness! Somebody thank the chef! Whew! My husband ordered a five as well for his spicy stir fried rice and it was almost too hot. He took his home and the waiter asked if it was too hot for him? We said “yes” so they took his leftovers and added some not so spicy sauce to it for him. It’s the best in Burgh as far as we’re concerned.

Great eatery if you’re looking for a new experience. Attached to a convenience store and a small walk in downtown, thai me up has a variety of options offered by a quick and courteous staff. Great place to share with friends and family, don’t forget to check the bakery window for a treat after your meal!

Honestly, I’m not to crazy about my order. I ate it twice in one week back to back. My pad Thai was just bluh even the color of the dish seemed off.No major taste just plain I ordered a five on spice. My daughter got the Pineapple rice it was ok, I also got the flat/ drunken noodles can’t think of the exact name. Honestly wasn’t that impressed. Something is missing, I would like to try there curry dishes. I will try again but I wasn’t crazy about it…

Coming from Seattle and trying a whole bunch of different Thai food restaurant. This restaurant by far has the best Pad Thai I have had in the city of Pittsburgh. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.
