I was pleasantly surprised at how authentic and delicious the food was. You wouldn’t expect it in a small town like this but after traveling to Thailand for more than 20 years and living there periodically I can safely say this is as good as any food in Thailand. I was talking with Ann and her sister and they are very lovely. Don’t pass this one by.

I’ve spent many years in Thailand, and this I can tell you, This Mini Cafe is a gem, we came across it by accident and what a wonderful Thai restaurant it is. The friendliest of staff and tastiest of Thai food probably in all of Colorado (and I have been to about 30 of them in and around Denver, Steamboat, Colorado Springs, Vail, etc! Such genuine, lovely people here also! We’ve been here at least 4 times, loved it every time. Highly recommend.

One of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time. I travel a lot for my job, and I decided to stop at Thai Mini Cafe for my break, and while I was here I got the Yum Woon-sen and definitely was not disappointed. The staff certainly add to the experience of the homey atmosphere. I’d highly recommend anyone stopping by if you find yourself in Poncha Springs, CO
