The food is great, the place isn’t fancy, very casual and super quiet. However the food is great. Very spicy.

Thai Peppers is as authentic as you can get for Thai in Metro Detroit. I have eaten here for years. The takeout is fantastic, but the real experience is when you eat in. The family who owns the place breaks out all the fine dishware and makes sure you have a pleasant experience from the time you sit down. I have had close to everything on the menu, and it is all amazing. Very fresh, very well spiced (HOT IS HOT!!!), and best curry to be found anywhere in Michigan. I am very critical when it comes to eating out and have enjoyed Thai Peppers as my go to when I am in the area. Meals are roughly $11-$15 depending on what you get, but you will always have leftovers for a second meal, sometimes third.

This used to be my absolute favorite restaurant. I no longer live close so I don’t get to go as often as I used to. The last several times I went the food hasn’t been nearly as good as it used to be, and they never seem to have shrimp chips anymore. my last trip I had ordered scallops in my noodles. When it arrived the scallops we’re ice cold. They also smelled a little strong. I sent it back and asked to just get the same dish no meat instead. They brought me another one with scallops and insisted the error had been fixed. Against my better judgement I ate half. I spent the next two days extremely ill.

My co-workers and I go here for lunch sometimes and the food is always fantastic! And I am a hard Thai critic; I’ve eaten at quite a few bad Thai places. This one knocks my socks off and they always get my ‘difficult’ order correct.

Below average unwelcoming service. Overpriced food. $15-$20 for a plate of rice. Food was good but a person in our party couldn’t eat hers. This was our third choice but other Thai places were closed. Wouldn’t go back.

American Thai restaurants have had to eliminate various ingredients and fish sauce from their recipes in order to cater to Americans. The food is very good even with the modifications. No complaints here.

Had a great evening with old friends! The food was awesome and so very fresh. The portions were large, and our food was perfectly Thai spiced.

I absolutely love Thai food, and this dive is without a doubt my favorite Thai restaurant in the Detroit area. You’ve never tried better Pad Ped anywhere. The eggplant is simply outstanding!

I use to go here now and then back about 3 or 4 years ago. Back then I recommended to everyone. But today I went back for lunch with my brother and lil sis. I was embarrassed because I use to rave about this place. I order always the Pak Prik but it was totally different and tasted like salted vegetables with pepper. So disappointed.

Food is Very Good….every Thai place has it’s strengths and weaknesses. The Hot N Sour soup is THE best in the area that I’ve had and I make special trips to get it.
