Hadn’t been here in 3 years. Went just before they closed for (2pm) lunch. Treated very well, good recommendations and they made sure we understood the spicy selection of heat (1-10) for our food before we ordered!! Give them a try they are a neighborhood favorite in our area.

Although this is a hole-in-the-wall type of place I would really recommend this restaurant. If you’re craving authentic Thai food this is the place to go and have large enough portions to fill you up. The waitress we had was super friendly and easy-going. Definitely worth the money. I have been going to Thai Taste since I moved to San Antonio 25 years ago. The service has always been great, meals are delivered to the table within 10 minutes, and everything I have ordered has been fantastic. My favorite, which I order about 95% of the time is Pad Kra Prao with beef, and it has been consistently delicious since the first time I asked for it. The recipe changed a few years ago when they added slivers of jalapeño, which only made it better!!
