Expect friendly smiles and good food. Came in for the milk tea but sadly they do not carry the sweet red bean nor the cheese cap. Hey, but it’s Florence, Kentucky! I’m just glad they have the boba!

I enjoyed the Pad Kee Mao, though my wife wasn’t as fond of the Pad Thai. Good option for a vegetarian meal. Level 3 (1 to 4) was not too hot – just right for me. Friendly cashier, but self serve service so I didn’t interact with many staff. Indoor seating available I’d return. And I’d probably get the Pad Kee Mao again.

First off great customer service skills. Every time I come it’s always a pleasure. Fast service, great food and boba. Mind you this is my first time trying boba and LOVED IT. I got the shrimp fried rice, massaman curry, and Raman. Oh yeah can’t forget we got taro boba and brown sugar milk tea 10/10 for everything. Busy on Sundays

Absolutely delicious! Thai tea and Thai coffee were very good. We got the Pot stickers and Takoyaki, the Bah mi wonton. We ordered it dry with broth on the side and shared a chocolate cake. Everything was so flavorful. You order at the counter and pay and they bring everything to you, don’t forget to tip because they still wait on you!!

I was not aware of the change in format of the restaurant. It was very disappointing to my family. We had been going to this place since it opened. The experience felt like being a stranger in your hometown. The food wasn’t prepared or seasoned as well as it was before. My family chose to leave after eating instead of staying for boba because it was so disappointing.

Fresh ingredients, but not authentic Thai food. We ordered 3 of out of 4 spiciness, but everything was SWEET, not spicy at all… And don’t order the fried tofu with peanut sauce, they gave us the deep fried tasteless tofu with extremely sweet chili sauce, No Peanut sauce at all! Absolutely awful…

I don’t know if they’ve changed ownership recently, but this place is not the same as the last time we were there 6 months ago. It’s now a counter service restaurant, order at the counter then pick it up yourself when it’s ready. The portions were much smaller than I remembered and served in plastic trays, not on plates. My chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours before then reheated. Our spring rolls were ice cold in the middle. This used to be our favorite Thai place in the area but we likely will look elsewhere next time.

My family and I have been here a few times, first of all food is ok very fresh but not the best ever. The boba is very good, if you’re coming just for boba, this is your place. Atmosphere mediocre, they use to serve you with real table service now it’s all plastic and they don’t serve you. Along with small serving size and for how expensive it is it’s not worth it. I’m disappointed with the way the restaurant is going.
