I came in today for lunch and ordered the create your own stir fry and Thai crispy roll. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed with the service and food. My steamed rice was missing from my bag, for which I received no apology and my “crispy “ roll was not crispy at all but covered in a white substance. I have had crispy rice paper rolls from other places before and they were golden brown and delicious. When I asked for a refund the “chef” spoke angrily from the kitchen window and said “I ain’t giving you nothing cuz ain’t nothing wrong with it”. I felt sad and embarrassed for how he spoke to me. He didn’t even offer to remake them. I should have listened to the other reviews and avoided the trouble.

Kinda weird vibe inside. They have about 500 plastic grocery bags taking up counter real estate. Cashiers add zero value, hardly even say hi. Food is good – seems consistent.

First off the young lady that works the counter/ register is definitely in need of coaching in her approach and understanding what the customer is conveying to her and give the customer what their paying for! Ex. Customer specially asked her about a certain rice being exchanged for a substitute rice instead of saffron he wanted brown and she could not make that concession for the customer. Something so small and simple … her excuse was ” that particular dish comes with saffron and it can’t be altered”

Unfortunately when I ordered at this establishment my second bite of food had a very long black hair In it. When I called to ask if there was something I could do, about it she suggested bringing the food back…which is fine if I lived around the corner or if gas was cheap. I live 30mins from the place & have other important things to do other than wasting gas to bring back contaminated food. Instead of just discounting my next purchase if I ever returned. But now they never have to worry about my service again, because this is gross.

Finally made my order extra spicy and I loved it! Besides the fact that they charge $1.50 for one shrimp and the portions are smaller the food is still delicious. The food was hot and fresh.. A must try

I give it an extra star because they took our order & food came fairly quickly BUT.. My boyfriend told the girl at the register Mild with a tiny bit of spice. I ordered MILD plus. His order wasn’t spicy at all. Mine was SO spicy that I couldn’t eat it. My bf said it was super spicy as if they made it hot plus plus plus. I asked them to remake it. She stared at me. Then I asked for more rice to bland it down & she said I had to pay for extra rice. I told her I shouldn’t have to pay since they made the mistake they should have fixed it & made it correctly. My 1st & last time I’ll be here! I LEFT hungry since my food was SO SPICY I couldn’t eat it. I had only 2-3 bites & mouth was on fire for the next 10 minutes & nose was running.

The food actually taste good. However I ordered a house special with chicken, beef, and shrimp with an extra egg. It was $20 which is fine but there where literally 3 razor thin pieces of beef and 1 shrimp! ONE SHRIMP for a $20 dish!??! Gtfoh, and to get more shrimp was $ 2 a shrimp. 1 shrimp in this dish is absurd!!! Absolutely terrible!

The food is fresh and clean. The wait is usually quick, and food is quality. The food is not cheap but you pay for what you want. The one negative is that you have to ask for condiments. If you don’t, you won’t have them. UPDATE: The process to order is not as customer friendly as previously, and they are very short staffed. The food did not seem to be affected, but the prices seem to have increased since the last time I was there.

The pad thai here was super good! Food came out quick (and it was pretty busy!) And the service was friendly. I got medium spice which had the perfect kick for me (but it was spicier than mediums I’ve gotten at other thai places so you might want to go down a level if you’re unsure).
