Since moving to woodburn, there isn’t much variety of foods. All I see are Mexican restaurants that all serve the same foods that all taste the same. It was refreshing to see this place in a sea of Hispanic foods. I love spicy, and bold flavors, and this wasn’t a disappointment. I got the drunken noodles, and it hit the spot! I will definitely be back to try more off their menu!

Thai food was made with care. Fresh. Ordered Pud See Ew (sp?). Customer service was prompt and friendly. Noodles were made well, not lumped together when you take a bite like some Thai places. Been on holiday to Thailand, and I would say this is a good place in the area to visit. It is a food truck, with a few other options nearby. No sitting or limited seats. You may want to sit in your car or take it with you, if it’s rainy.

If you are craving superb Thai cuisine in Woodburn, this is the place. Full stop. The food and staff of this food truck are absolutely out of this world. You simply cannot get this quality of food at these prices anywhere else in Portland, Salem, or the surrounding areas. The owner and staff are friendly, real human beings that care about their product and their customers, and never cease to surprise and delight me. ThaiWoodburn is definitely worth the popular wait. The ladies are all so welcoming and the food is delicious. I have yet to try any bad Dishes and I’ve tried then all.. my go to is always Seafood Drunken Noodles.

I have been coming here for over two years and it is my favorite food truck to date. I love my food trucks and this one is the best near Woodburn by far. The food is authentic and tastes super homemade. Ever since moving to Oregon, I haven’t found a better Thai restaurant or Thai food truck PERIOD! If you are wanting Thai food that is authentic, then definitely come here. Sue is a master chef of Thai food and I love all of the ladies who work there. They all serve you the best they can! I will never stop coming here and I highly recommend this place!
