While I had the opportunity to dine at this unique Black-owned vegan restaurant in Goshen, New York, some time ago, it’s worth noting that they’ve been closed for a while now. During my visit, I found the menu options to be a bit limited, with certain items sold out. However, the food was satisfyingly good, prepared with moderation in seasoning, making it a thoughtful choice for various dietary considerations. Though not a lunch spot, the ambiance of sitting outside on the charming town sidewalks of Goshen truly enhanced the overall experience. I’m eagerly hoping for their reopening, and I would recommend it to those in search of something different and enjoyable.

This place is a must visit whether you’re vegan, vegan-curious, or a full blown carnivore. The food is just that good. The drinks and smoothie selection are incredible considering that everything is certified vegan. I ordered the crabby patties which were so delicious paired with their vegan tartar sauce. They even have a self serve coffee bar which is very convenient. The atmosphere is welcoming and just a good vibe all around!

I wish I could give this place 15 stars because the food is absolutely DELICIOUS. I’ve been vegan for 8 years and the food here is at the top of my list! From the burgers to the flautas to the macaroni salad to the desserts Thank Goodness It’s Vegan never misses. I drive an hour to eat here because it’s just that good. And the carrot cake is *chef’s kiss*

Unique establishment which prepares wholesome vegan food, though in styles familiar to non-vegans. Memorable décor, including live plants. There are toys for children. Bathroom narrow but clean. In February 2022 the Orange County Libertarian Party convened here in support of this establishment’s stance on personal liberty.

Had a great visit, in town for Legoland…this place had friendly staff and fabulous vegan food! We had tacos, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and the oyster mushroom po’boy sandwich. Thank goodness it’s vegan!

This was our first time going to Thank Goodness It’s Vegan, but it surely won’t be our last! My wife and I are both vegetarians and love going to a restaurant where we can order anything we want! We stopped in, met the owner, placed our order and we’re eating in our car in about 15 minutes! We ordered two “chicken” sandwiches (one Buffalo style), fries and a brownie. The servings were extremely generous, which isn’t always the case with vegetarian and vegan restaurants, and everything was fresh and tasty! I cannot recommend this place highly enough, for vegetarians or anyone, really!

Excellent vegan fast food spot. Definitely pricey but it’s vegan and that’s what we pay for. There are tables to eat at inside, but there are also tables outside. The area is quiet and quaint. Loved the scenery and the people. Definitely going back again.

We drove from Pennsylvania to try this food and let me say it did not disappoint the carrot cake is so damn good ( I’m snacking on it right now as I type this review ) so we ordered practically everything from this menu the empanadas meat lasagna fries oyster shrimp crabby Pattie’s omg delish chicken tenders and the steak b cheese flautas delish the service was outstanding I love the ladies there they were so kind and grateful give this place a try

As a vegan I feel it’s very difficult to come across a vegan restaurant with large portions and well seasoned food, but Thank Goodness it’s Vegan manages to execute that impeccably well!! The chicken sandwich, tacos, shrooms basket, empanadas, chicken littles, v-ball sub, sliders (and more) are so delicious! They also have more options then on the menu on a board that’s easy to miss but you can always ask the waitress who is more than willing to help, we tried the lasagna, macaroni salad, and potato salad which were wonderful. They also have a large variety of desserts that are to die for the donuts and cakes are great but the cannolis hold a special place in my heart. The owner is the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful person I have met! She definitely makes the dining experience even more unforgettable. If you are in the area I definitely recommend coming to this place, you won’t regret it!!
