Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review. I was excited to finally try this place. The service lacked in many ways… took a while for them to acknowledge we were there and take our order. It took over 25 minutes to get our food, my burger order was wrong, and the fries were over done. It is also pricey. It was over $30 for 2 burgers w/fries and 2 drinks. I can’t even say “but they were overworked” or “but they were really nice/really trying”. (I am very empathetic to the food and service industry…. they work very hard and so many customers are thankless). But they made no eye contact with us, it’s like we were a bother to them and there were only 2 other customers there, so it’s not like they were behind due to customers.

Came here for a lunch with coworkers and we were all disappointed. The wait took most of our break, and one sandwich was missing several ingredients anyway. The staff seemed to not know what they were doing and had no urgency in making our order. The entire establishment seemed low-staffed with only a handful of people working which I can be sympathetic for, but seeing every employee wearing earbuds gives the impression that they just don’t care. The food we got tasted good but was not worth the poor experience. I won’t be back.

Generation Z…bunch of idiots. Samantha, the cashier…very very dumb and or high on something. Repeated the order 4 times and was not very well trained. Other staff were very confused. Food was good, close to Shake Shack style but not quality. I’m waiting for the rat poison to kick in. First time customers and we won’t be back. Thanks for the uneventful experience.

Took way too long. 40 minutes to cook 2 burgers and it wasn’t only us. My sons bun was burned. We went to another burger chain afterwards for him. Nearly every customer I heard apologies to them as well. No milk in milk machine, no napkins. Had to ask for ketchup. Staff was friendly though.

The food was great but the cashier was too stoned to ring our order in and the light right under the cash register was flickering in the most horribly distracting way. Loved my burger and truffle parmesan fries though!

costumer service was great but the food was not fresh. I had to throw away my chicken tenders and the fries. The place was very smoky, i smelled like burgers all day afterwards. At least at this location. other locations have been great.
