First visit, I am impressed. The person taking my order was friendly. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The manager checked on the guest and made sure to give a balloon to a little one before they left. Really made for a wholesome moment.

Dropped in to The Burger Joint for a late lunch on Friday. I was pleasantly greeted with a smile by the young lady at the counter. I ordered a double of the Chipotle Jack burger with fries and a drink.

The service and food were both tops. We went there for a late lunch and got cheeseburgers, fries, drinks and a strawberry milkshake. I got the steakhouse cheeseburger with a single patty and it was really savory. The fries were good, not super crisp but with great flavor. The person working the counter was very friendly and also came by after the food was delivered to ask how everything was. Afterward we went to the Oberweis Dairy section of the store to check on options for taking ice cream home, even though we had a long drive and didn’t bring a cooler with us. Lucky for us, they had small cooler bags for sale, so we bought one of those along with a quart of blueberry marshmallow ice cream. They packed the quart to go, and filled up a plastic bag with ice to also stash in the cooler bag. That did the trick – the ice cream made it back to Wisconsin without melting (we did have the A/C blasting cold on the way home). Look forward to returning when we are next in the area!

Came in here for a bite to eat for something new to try as me and my family were passing through illinois to go back to Georgia. Micheal and josh give the best customer service i’ve seen in any establishment. The food is awesome as well. Definitely will be coming back to this place if we pass by in the future. Love the food and the service! The young lady at the counter ( short hair, freckles, cute little thing), was so nice and greeted our family with a smile and made sure that we had everything we needed. Food was fresh, the place was clean. And again, the service with a smile is why we will keep going back for our next family lunch. I hope she got the tip we left.

Honestly this is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, the customer service was exceptional, they checked on me and my friend several times, joked around, the food was hot & fresh, cooked perfectly, the ice cream was also great! Yes it a bit expensive but i don’t mind at all the quality is everything to me, definitely giving chick fil a a run for their money. Great job guys I’ll be back for sure☺️
