After I’ve now visited this place 3x since Grand Opening! I wanted to give it a chance to show its consistency before leaving a review. I’ve lived in North Everett for 5+ years, I remember when this place originally opened but it wasn’t ever that inviting to come in. After the renovations and a NEW owner, I was intrigued! Dining in is a casual vibe, great music, and well designed atmosphere. Everything on the menu has been updated with a new twist! Every time me and my boyfriend come in were are warmly welcomed by Alfonso (the man in charge). He takes his time to educate you on the new menu items and if you’re ever indecisive, or curious with something on the menu he always does his best to help you. He let us try a sauce before I made my decision on a chicken burger & it was very helpful for me. My go-to favorite is the Nashville Hot Chicken Burger with Tater Tots. I guarantee you that you won’t find tater tot’s like his anywhere else!! They’re zingy and crunchy. The chicken burger is juicy and truly FINGER LICKIN’ GOOD! There is a mini bar available to grab a cocktail or your favorite draft beer with your meal. Alfonso did express that his business will be open LATE when there are events and concerts happening at the Angel of The Winds Arena, which is amazing considering there isn’t a lot of late night spots in the area. Overall, this place is one to consider if you’re ever in Downtown Everett and I will continue to make this one of my top dining out choices!

There is new ownership/branding as well as new menu items and unfortunately so far my impression is that they’ve taken a step back. I used to get their fried chicken sandwich maybe once every 4-6 weeks and was very happy with the flavors and everything about it. I recently ordered the same thing after the new ownership and was very underwhelmed. The chicken was very, very dry and under seasoned. Additionally, they decided to use the world’s biggest burger buns for the bread but the actual chicken was only like half the size of the bun so a decent number of bites from this is just plain bread. I would have liked to go again and try another item to give it a second chance, but I really don’t have that desire anymore.

Starting off walking in I was immediately greeted. The staff and owner were very friendly. I ordered the full size Nashville Fire Chicken Burger with fries and a side of ranch. My quoted wait time was a little off but that is fine, I would much rather wait a few extra minutes than have my order rushed. My order was to go and so what I will say about the food may vary from eating in, but for packing food to go I hope this critique is taken into account.

I was greeted by a few people as I first came in. I wasn’t sure what to expect and then the food came out I was pleasantly surprised! The sandwich is pretty big! I had the bbq chicken sandwich and it was delicious! My only critique is that it would be nice to be checked on after the food was delivered. Overall it was a good experience.

Such a cute local downtown eatery! We got the 60/40 Burger, IPA beer and Peach cider! The meat is 60 ground beef 40 ground bacon!!!! The tarot tots are on fire too! Sooo yummy! We will be back for the fried chicken next time!

My wife and I were craving some fried chicken and picked this restaurant out of a list close to where we were doing chores. We didn’t do a lot of research so our bad that we went in with outsized expectations. The menu really only has wings and tenders for fried chicken. We ordered 2 varieties of tenders (Korean and Garlic Parmesan). The Korean tenders were ok. The sauce was delicious but had rendered the crust really soggy while the meat was a little tough. The Garlic Parmesan didn’t have any flavor, it was really greasy (measured 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the container). It might be better eating it fresh at the restaurant but not particularly good takeout.

My son and I came in for a celebratory lunch and I was BLOWN AWAY by the delicious food. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was divine, and my son ordered the chicken dinner, which came with three pieces of perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked chicken. It was probably the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I loved it so much, I came home and told my husband about it. Here ended up ordering us dinner as well. The chicken wings, tatchos, stuffed mushrooms, and cheese sticks were the same high quality food as we had at lunch time. The price was a bit higher than other chicken places, but will merited, given the quality of thre food. The staff was very friendly, and super attentive. I believe we’ve found our new favorite takeout place. Thanks That Chicken Place – you’re wonderful!

Sooo good!! Great service, clean environment, relaxing atmosphere, and food didn’t take too long. Loved it, meaty wings. Got jalapeno peach wings and sliders. Will definitely head back! Glad to have tried it on a day when it wasn’t too busy!

I have visted twice. My first visit was better than the second. The photo provided was from my first visit. Chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Bun and lettuce was just fine. Service was on point, prices are fair. Great experience. More food than I could eat.
