We absolutely love this place. We stop in often and they always have our favorite foods hot and ready. If the foods are not out or available they offer to cook them right there for us and it only takes a few minutes!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place to stop with VERY clean restrooms. For someone who is on the road ALL the time, that is very appreciated. Very pleasant and kind people who work there. Nice little picnic table next to a small pond to watch the fish and turtles.

We stopped for what the reviews said was best ever! Only one person working the checkout, grill and one menu that had to stay at counter, and it was under a paper protector that was well worn, and because the cooks didn’t show up only certain things were available.

Witnessed very poor behavior to a man that was playing on the machines. He wasn’t there for more than a minute and out of no where the lady started yelling at him for no reason other than she didn’t like the way he played the machine. Will not be back!

It is the only gas station also restaurant and they have turned that place completely around since I was a kid it used to be so small now they have gone made treats and sweets and all different kinds of things for you to eat plus as I said it’s almost the only gas station in Mckwen for a little town you sure get allot when you stop by there if it’s for gas or for food I would def recommend u get some of the homemade fudge so many different kinds to choose from I got strawberry cheesecake fudge and a peanut butter fudge plus the price is awesome for a huge piece of rich fudge

Very nice inside and out now that they’ve rebuilt the entire thing still same owners running it themselves which was kinda the issue before the skinnier guy is always very cheerful and nice you usually only see him in the evenings and the bigger guy who does mornings is not ever cheerful even when you are nice to him they don’t trust ANYONE to shut down for them or open up you have to count your stuff down but then they show up if they aren’t already there and get their beer and cigs and count your lottery and lock it up and then make sure you did everything and then lock up and say ok you can go like they don’t trust you to be around as they set the code lock the door etc but they do have a nice new establishment and I hope this go around they’ll learn to let go a little more and start letting others that work their take the reigns a little more so that they can finally relax some instead of CONSTANTLY having to watch over the place I mean isn’t that why you installed alllll those extra security measures and why you got that insurance claim before..?? Enjoy life guys not just that store.
