That Family Feeling is a cute casual spot that offers great value for the meal and homey environment – exactly as promised in the establishment’s name. We ordered Diane’s BBQ burger, Chicken Waffle Sandwich (not pictured), and daily soup which is mushroom and barley. All entrees come with side of fries and the quality of beef and chicken is impressive. The bun is brioche and unlike big chains where the the protein is smaller than the bun, at That Family, the beef patty and chicken is bigger than the bun which makes the sandwich/burger very filling.

Such an incredibly excellent hidden gem. Was visiting nearby Tarrytown Estate and needed a quick bite and the food here was so absolutely delicious. Burger was perfectly made. And the chicken BLT was huge and awesome delicious.

Wonderful! This is exactly what a family-owned high-quality and value restaurant should be! Chicken cutlets were excellent, and the BLT is a must try. Blake the owner was such a great guy. Excited to try one of their order-in steaks that I discovered they do. Will definitely be returning very soon!!

I’m literally still eating my food my food as I write this review, but had to leave a review ASAP because this place hits all the marks. Everyone here was immediately friendly in an actually genuine way, which I appreciated a lot. I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich which came on ciabatta bread and was so simple but also SO flavorful. The fries are also hot, fresh and tasty. Lastly, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and homey. Overall, this is a place I’ll definitely think about frequently and fondly. I can’t wait to come back!

I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich and my son had a hamburger with fries. Both were savory and the bun on each of the samdwiches was just the right type of bun. Service is great and the atmosphere reminds me of being near the beach… it’s light and airy. Good vibes.

Adorable family-owned joint just a 10 min walk from the Metro North Irvington Train Station. Amazing lunch options and friendly service. We got the Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich (a daily special) and the Bell Evans Chicken Caesar Salad. Both were super tasty and made within minutes of us being seated. A must-go lunch spot! Cant wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

WOW. What can I say about this place? The family and I were there on Saturday May 13 after visiting Lyndhurst Mansion and we are all so glad we stopped here. Its a nice quiet place. The owner was very friendly. Me and my stepdaughter had the burgers and the very first bite I had, I was blown away. One of, if not THE BEST, burger Ive ever eaten. I offered my wife a bite and gladly she declined, so more for me. She had the philly cheesesteak with garlic bread and she said it was delicious and if I wanted to be a bad husband, I would have taken her other half and eaten in on the way home.

I have been a long time customer of That Family Feeling. The quality of the meat is consistent and very affordable.
