The brisket was seasoned really well and cooked good, but the rest of the food was pretty bad. Baked beans tasted like they were from a can. The Mac and cheese was under cooked. The hashbrown casserole was under cooked as well. Tried corn bread muffins and they were dry as can be. My son could swallow his chicken as he said I can’t chew it. It was really dry. I would give a worse rating but the service was good.

They have burnt ends!!!! I was greeted by a genuinely kind and friendly hostess who took my order. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. I was able to talk with the cook about BBQ… That was awesome! The brisket was unbelievably moist and flavorful. Great coleslaw too.

Good place! I got the pulled pork sandwich. It was tender and delicious. They had really good sauces to try. My favorite was the hotter sauce. Had really good heat and great taste. I’m from Texas so I’d say I have plenty of barbecue experience lol.

It was alright. The place smells amazing. After a long day of hiking driving with the windows down you can smell the smoker. Place was busy with both indoor and outdoor seating. Great service. My brisket was tasty but it had a weird sheen on some of the meat.

We had dinner here last week while vacationing in the area. The food was so good. The service was prompt, and the prices were fair. I had the pulled pork sandwich..the flavor was outstanding also it was juicy. I also had the potato salad and hash brown casserole which were both great! Don’t skip on dessert, the peach cobbler was so good!

Very well could be the best smoked meat my son and I have ever tasted. The brisket was mouth watering, it’s a must!!! Nachos were a mountain of food and so yummy, no real way to eat them all on your own. Fast and correct service. Glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem, no doubt about it, next visit to the gorge includes a stop here to get my grub on.

If you are visiting the area or just driving through you can not beat the BBQ! This couple has created a dining experience you won’t soon forget. The food is amazing! They have smoked to perfection pork, brisket, and chicken. The hashbrown casserole is one of my all-time favorite dishes. Stop by their store or stay for the music. You will not be disappointed. I’ve lived in every BBQ area in America. This restaurant is worth the drive!
