Went on Sunday afternoon. My husband got chicken and waffles. Excellent. I got the asian salad and 406 omlette. Salad was great. Omlette was a little overdone. Chocolate mousse was great. I would definitely go back

Amazing all around. Truly enjoyed the food, cocktails and service. The dining area was alittle hot though.

By far one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Alicia, our server, had wonderful customer service: professional, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere was very cozy, beautiful victorian house with elegance within the lobbies (optional outdoor/veranda seating). During our visit, we had ordered the seared scallops, and the crab bisque…… WOW!! Scallops were beautifully seared which paired well with the pork belly. The crab bisque was exquisite with the fresh lump crab! My wife had ordered the saltonbocca (veal), which she enjoyed down to the last bite. I had the carbonara perfectly seared and seasoned, to pair so well with the hand made pasta. Outstanding service and memories, Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!!!!!

The restaurant is in a historic home so you already have a nostalgic vibe going in. The staff are so attentive and the food was AMAZING! I have dairy and egg allergies and they were very accommodating/attentive to ingredients in my dinner. We had scallops as the appetizer. Hubs had the grouper and I had the lamb chops. We highly recommend them all! Bartender Dyllan served up some great drinks. Best Irish Mule I’ve had in a while. We will most definitely be back.

Charming restaurant in Live Oak, FL. Had brunch with them on Sunday. I had the Crab Cake Benedict, my wife had steak & eggs, daughter had waffles + eggs and son had a burger + fries. Most items were exceptionally good. Waitress worked to ensure we were satisfied. If I had to pick something, I’d say the steak left something to be desired, but nothing that I would say is a deal breaker.

406 is an Absolutely Beautiful, Unique, and Historic Restaurant! The food was outstanding. We had the Ribeye, Bacon Scallops, Surf and Turf and the Vegetable Stack. Everything was Delicious! Now to the dessert… Holy #$*! … Homemade Cheesecake was the best I have EVER had (no joke). We also had the bread pudding, yummy too (also homemade) which was enough to feed 2-4 people. Lol. The owner came over to check on us. She is so sweet. Told us their story (on their website). The home is from the late 1800’s. The prices are extremely reasonable. I am excited to see what it looks like after it is completely renovated. They are working on a garden on the back patio and a burbon bar upstairs… How fun! We live HOURS away, but looking foward to the next visit during our travels! Thanks Dana for the spectacular time and meal. We will certainly be back!

My husband stumbled on this place during a photography session and loved it. He couldn’t wait to bring me. I definitely understand why, we drove 35 minutes and it was well worth it. With a very warm/elegant feel, attention to detail, soft spoken staff, right from the start the atmosphere is a win. What you need to order is the crab bisque soup! So delicious!! The crab cakes are also a win. Depending on your taste, the pear salad is sweet and salty. And the pork tenderloin is tender and honey smoked mmm good!! For dessert try the bread pudding and you’ll leave very happy indeed!!!
