I’m not sure how they can say “The Aerie is for those who love the art of fine dining” because it is anything but fine dining!

The locations is mindblowing. Service was great. Ordered the Chowder which was really good. Daughter had Brussel Sprouts that were average. She had the kis Spaghetti with Mestball. We had the Meatloaf which was Average. Overall for was Average compared to the location it has. Personally 71 has vetter food.

I love this place. It’s where I took my wife the night I proposed. I’d recommend it to anyone. However I do not recommend the Bison Ribeye steak, as one of the top priced things on the menu it was the least favorite thing I’ve ever had there.

The Aerie is a great spot for a nice dinner in Snowbird at the Cliff Lodge. We went for our second time tonight and had another great experience. The food and service was outstanding. The restaurant is beautiful. We highly recommend it here!

We went for Valentine’s Day dinner and it was an incredible first time! We had reservations but ran a bit late and was still able to be seated fairly quickly. The food was amazing! Breana, Luis, Akino, Carolina, and the valet were very pleasant and polite. The card at the end of dinner was a wonderful touch. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Had a great time here with my group of 8. Gratuity for large groups is automatically added to the check, so keep that in mind. Service was awesome–we had two waiters help us and they were polite and funny! The ambiance is nice as you’re on the top floor of the Cliff Lodge, so the view of the mountains adds to the experience. Really yummy rolls with butter and oil/balsamic are included. All the dishes flavors are well thought out and the presentation was fantastic!

Beautiful views, super slow service, no quality control on the food.

The Aerie is always a lovely experience, start to finish. Set among the peaks of the Wasatch Mountains, the sweeping views compliment the spectacular dining experience. I’ve dined here many times and am always blown away by the food, presentation, and wine selection. My favorite items are the meatloaf and the pineapple upside down cake.

Eating at The Aerie was a disheartening experience. The restaurant itself was gorgeous, but sitting down to a sticky table was the first of many signs that the Aerie, like The 71, is more interested in making things look good than making things that actually ARE good. It seems the staff are aware the food is bad, as we were dissuaded from several menu options by our server, including the only vegetarian entrée. I really appreciate the candor, but it was clear menu planning and execution are not indicative of a fine dining experience. I want to be very, very clear, our server was excellent, the issue is in the kitchen.

Great experience at the Aerie ! Food was delicious (especially the bison, strip steak and lobster). Service was great especially Paul, who helped us to make the best choices. We loved it so much that we came back the next day.
