The bacon , tomato , and avocado sandwich was thin – not much to it at all & never did find any avocado . Skimpy on the bacon . It was more of a cheese & tomato sandwich.not worth $12 at all !! The Brussels sprouts were really good , loved them ! The sauce didn’t taste like maple / lemon , but had a nice flavor .

We loved the food and friendly staff! The brussel sprouts were amazing, (I normally dislike them with a passion), crunchy, with a hint of lemon. The sandwiches were super crunchy, buttery and gooey in the middle. The garlic fries were amazing; the roasted garlic and parsley were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

We walked in not knowing what to expect. What we found was a fun new restaurant concept. Grilled cheese comfort food and much more. You order and pay at the front; and servers deliver your food. The sweet tea is amazing (Tractor brand tea from Iowa). We ordered the red, white and blue special for $10 which included a four cheese grilled cheese sandwich cooked perfectly, tomato soup and a pickle. Steven the owner was charming and determined to ensure your experience at The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen is memorable. Large screen televisions, endless drinks and a friendly staff make this place perfect for couples, families and friends. They offer a large menu and breakfast. The fries looked yummy. We will be back.

This place was so good! And that’s coming from someone usually doesn’t like grilled cheese, I got the Mac& Cheese my first thoughts were this is going to taste weird, but it was delicious, and honestly I can’t wait till my family and I go back, the service was great, so kind a helpful.

I would not recommend this place it’s way overpriced I ordered 2 sandwiches and cheese curds. I was not satisfied with this place. My grilled cheese sandwich with Mac had barely anything on it and bread was soggy. Not to mention my cheese curds were way over cooked. Ordered the second sandwich that was a pork and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. As I’m sitting with my family a call comes in and the kid at the front was so clueless and the other person working this shift was a female she was petite and had blonde hair she was super rude and was on her phone in the kitchen not to mention the gloves she used to cook she was also touching the phone with. So unsanitary. I gave them a chance even after reading the reviews and looks like I should have stayed away and believe what others said cause it’s all true. Wish management was here to discuss my concerns but I was told “they aren’t on this shift” and last thing they need to keep up with the dirty tables I walked in and there was 4 tables with dirty trays on them.
