The older lady at the bagel station was downright miserable(white grey hair & glasses). She wasn’t even nice after she didn’t grab what I ordered and I had to settle for something else (even though it was sitting there when I ordered…I honestly don’t know how she didn’t grab it in time…) It was my first experience here, and I doubt I’ll ever be back. If I wanted bad service and ight bagels would have just went to a Panera bread at least it would have been a little cheeper when I didn’t get what I ordered

It’s good food, but they kind of leave it to the customer to tell them what you want. Sometimes, it’s easier to just say give me that meal when you’re in a hurry rather than go thru the menu and build it yourself. But I would highly recommend them. Good food and friendly atmosphere.
