The Bakers’ brewery is a locally owned business with a full bar and restaurant. Our beer is brewed by owner/brewmaster Cory who has won brewing awards at North American Brewers Awards, World Beer Cup and also the Great American Beer Festival. All of our bread is baked in house and used on our original menu featuring sandwiches, salads, soups and more. Stephanie, also an owner, manages the kitchen to provide interesting, and fresh food to enjoy with your beer. Cheers!

A nice surprise for lunch on our way to Avon. Dana was very friendly and full of good advice when it came to food and drink choices. We had some pretzels and beer cheese for and appetizer and split the fried chicken sliders. The home made focaccia bread on the sliders was tasty along with the fries that were cut there. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

Every time I come to visit my son in Silverthorne a visit is not complete without a trip or two or three to Bakers’s Brewery. I have had many items from the menu and all are delicious. You get a good portion of food for the money. And the service is always spot on. Friendly people. Don’t forget to take a desert with you if you are too full after the main course. It’s all great. I highly recommend Baker’s Brewery. They never disappoint.

This was our first time eating here. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was great, and our server, Dayna, was wonderful. A must try. Everything was delicious. Will definitely come back! So I decided to give this place a shot not once, but twice since it was conveniently across the street from the hotel I was staying in. First time I just did a takeout order of their pretzels. They were okay, the beer cheese was the best out of the three dips. Staff that took my order was friendly and quick.

Nice micro brewery located next to ski resort hotels and suites. Myles was an excellent host. He lit up the dining room with a smile and humor. We had a burger and a bowl of beer cheese soup. They serve coke products, their own brews on tap (we tried “Winter is coming”), as well as a full bar. This was a nice find on our way back east on our cross country trip. 05/21/22

Such a great experience!! Great drinks and wonderful food!! The bread is made on site and the corned beef is their own recipe. Everything we had was fresh and superb!! Skip the lines at nearby places and come here where service is friendly and taste is king!!
