Truly a diamond in the rough . It’s very hard nowadays to find real, fresh food at a reasonable price, but this place manages to do so. I’m a very picky eater, which usually gets a lot of eye rolls and things like that whenever I go out to eat. This place , treats you as every customer should be treated. They never once gave me the impression that I was wasting their time or that I was making them impatient. The staff is phenomenal and the food , as I said , is everything you could possibly wish for. The only thing I would wish for for this place is earl grey tea,& for them to be open at night ! I understand why they close so early , but they would make so much money off of my boyfriend and i alone if they were open longer! Can’t even put into words how over satisfied I am with this phenomenal place.

Had a wonderful breakfast with my wife atBarnside this morning. We visit Walden almost every summer and while I love it, it is somewhat lacking in the decent restaurant department. It looks like that may be changing.

One of the true gems of this area. Great food every time with a true variety of tastes. Staff is friendly, warm and always makes sure your stop was a good one. This is a diamond in the rough a definite place to eat if you’re anywhere near close to Walden.
