Another great visit , great service, upbeat, and helpful staff. Food was served with a smile, hot and cold when ordered that way. We will continue to be customers and spread the word about this establishment. We recommend the barrel 100%

We came as the first table on Sunday noon for lunch. They share the kitchen with Urge so you have more food options which is nice. I ordered a Fig & Pear pizza with a salad on the side and my husband ordered a Brisket Dip with soup on the side. Both foods flavors are nice. The only issue was my pizza’s dough is slightly undercooked on the side. I told the waitress and they waived the cost for pizza for us! That’s unexpected but they are really friendly to us. We left a nice tip for them, as they were very nice and their foods taste pretty decent.

The Brisket sandwich was really good, especially with the dip, but I felt the mac and cheese and garlic fries were both average. We also had a Burger of the Gods, which had good flavor, but I thought might have been a tad overpriced.. or maybe that’s just what a burger costs now after inflation.

I had been to the barrel room before, but this time it was to host a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents. The manager, Christina was so incredibly helpful and kind in helping me plan for this! She went above and beyond and so did her staff every step of the way.

This local wine bar has a great selection of wine with indoor and outdoor seating. The food comes from a neighboring partnered restaurant that has a good selection of choices. The brisket sandwich was decent although I personally thought more of the fat could have been trimmed from the meat. A dinner for two with a glass of wine each came out to just over $100, as is to be expected from a wine bar dinner venue. We went at 730 on a Saturday and there was plenty of open seats available with no wait. The server was very friendly and accommodating to our few minor request. This is a cozy and quieter spot to take a date or have a casual dinner where you can hear the other person talking without lots of loud noise or conversations around you.

For a wine bar, the selection of “fine” wines is limited. The wines are middle of the road, at best. The food , I’ve tried is good. Would be nice if the food arrived “hot” instead of cold or just warm. Maybe they should try covering the food with covers to keep the food warm in transit from across the courtyard. Or maybe pick it up and serve it when it is ready. In spite of my criticism, I like the joint. Will still frequent the place. Just serve the food hot!

When you show up it looks great but then you have two waiters looking at you and ignoring you. They straight up treat you like you don’t belong. I had my baby girl in the stroller and they still dared to insist on having us seat outside in the cold. They after start to gossip and I can hear the lady saying saying that we must seat outside. We clearly see a lot of tables available for us and they still dare to recommend us to get out of that restaurant and go to the other one across the place. This straight up felt like a real racist and a judge a book by its cover type of restaurant. Im sure that if to them you don’t look like you got money they will treat you like trash. I wont recommend this place to anyone and id say watch how you dress because to them if you dress casual you don’t belong.

Sometimes good sometimes not. I get stake fries, rare. Most of the time they are not. Hubby gets lamb chops, says they are delicious, veggies are usually cold. We like the place, but not very consistent. Also a little pricey.

Brooks and Aaron made our day. They do so well at crating the best atmosphere. Sophie’s our usual server and she always knows the best drinks.
