Nice place to dine in Bellport. The short ribs were the favorite of our party. The fried oyster salad wasn’t the greatest combo and there was too much breading on the oysters. The Vegan II and Thai Noodle appetizer were good. Unfortunately our server disappeared after taking our order, so no one checked on us and it took awhile to get our check.

Had a wonderful time last night for dinner. A very cute place. The food was good. The service was also good. We had the short ribs. They have a nice wine list. There isn’t a drink menu, but they have a full bar and will make requests.

I went there for Easter with family and to start I ordered a vodka martini and the glass was not filled to the top it was only 3/4 filled and for 16.00 I want it filled to the top. They advertised rack of lamb. I love lamb but this was sliced lamb and very tough. I had to send it back due to it was warm not hot. I did get it back and it was hot the 2nd time but you needed a steak knife to cut it. It was a disappointment for Easter dinner. I was there back in December for dinner had fish and it was excellent.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a rack of lamb dinner on Easter Sunday at the Bellport. We couldn’t have been more disappointed. First, the lamb came out as slices and cold. We sent it back and when we got it back it was so tough that we had to use a steak knife to cut. It had no flavor and it definitely wasn’t a rack of lamb as I know it.
