We LOVE this place. Reservations are a MUST as wait time can get crazy. If we have an opportunity, we love to sit at the bar. Beef & broccoli meal is ! Staff is very friendly & attentive. Attire is equivocal to a business casual but in off season a dark pair of jeans, nice blouse (button up for men) are acceptable.

Lots of very creative ideas on this menu, not well-executed in most cases. I need to allow some grace because we were there on a packed Saturday night. We were on the patio, which is very nice. But the kitchen was overwhelmed and slow. They seated too many people and we waited nearly 45 minutes between appetizers and mains. Server was extremely helpful, but acted surprised that we felt it was taking too long. Several menu items weren’t available. And what we ordered didn’t wow us the way we had hoped. We came on a high recommendation from a local while visiting the area. Swing and a miss.

Great sushi spot. Arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and sat at the sushi bar. The whole crew could not have been nicer. Loved the Korean Wing starter. The sashimi is the best we have found since moving to NC. From Chutoro , to Salmon, to Hamachi, to Toro. All great. And don’t pass up the smores dumpling dessert. Can’t wait to come back. Cheers to Chef Lee and his success, place was packed when we left. Definitely snag a reservation as people were waiting early.

First time in Wilmington and just random picked a Japanese restaurant for lunch. It turned out pretty good, I’d say the bento box was the best out of all. Calamari was nice too but It’s too small 😀 and spicy tuna was my least favorite.

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I stopped here on the way home from our mini birthday vacation. We came in shortly after lunch time and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The Chef and staff were super friendly and informative. We sat at the bar and Chef Lee did a great job at personalizing our experience and making us feel welcomed. He had several great recommendations and the food really spoke for itself! Not only was the meal gorgeous but also fresh and well-balanced. Chef Lee also offered a small chocolate dessert as a birthday gift. We got the peanut butter and the Thai chili wontons that were a burst of perfectly melty chocolate. I was really impressed by this place and plan come back every time I visit the area. Well done!

This sushi restaurant was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! A good combination of signature/special rolls and traditional rolls as well as sashimi. Wonderful selection of incredibly fresh fish from all over the world. Chef Lee is a talented sushi chef and we enjoyed his amazing creations, including the fried wonton filled with homemade chocolate dipped in caramel (wow!). Will definitely return on future trips to the area!
