I really love this little place. The waitress (I believe also the owner and chef) is super kind and friendly. The food is really tasty and the portions are quite substantial. Now.. is this the BEST bento in the Bay Area? No. It’s not. But it’s not trying to be. It’s tasty and quick and a great option for midday meals.

this was my first time here! bc of covid they had to make a smaller menu and no longer do the veggie bento box, BUT the teriyaki tofu plate is amazing! the tofu is so buttery and the batter is crunchy, delicious ☺️

Food was decent. Smaller portions. Service was very lacking. The waitress never brought us any water nor asked if we needed anything once our order was placed. Tried numerous times to get her attention but did not come over once during our meal. I think she was probably also preparing the meals but not an excuse for the poor service. Oh, there were also flies flying in the air.

Mediocre food. I wasn’t at all impressed. I took 35 dollars of take out. The woman working flat out refused to give me a plastic spoon. I told her I was walking and could I have a double bag to make it safer to carry my food. She refused to give me a second cheap super thin plastic bag. I hope saving 1/4 of a cent was worth this bad review and my never patronizing her business again. I almost forgot to add she gave me cans of coke not Diet Coke which I can’t drink. Never again.

My partner and I, along with two of our friends just came from the Bento House. Our service was terrible, the waitress kept insisting that we ordered without the two other people arriving. Once the two other people showed up we ordered our food. Our friends were able to have their food arrived and we waited for ours. Our food arrived and there was a hair on plate and I addressed it, she picked up the hair, threw it on the floor and said “no that’s your hair”. As we simply said “ma’am this is your hair you literally took it off and saw it, why don’t you just take it back?” She said, “no that’s your hair, stop”.. the point of this story is that we almost had the cops called on us because we did not eat the food, so we did not see why we should have paid for it. There are no cameras inside, only outside, so they can basically get away with whatever they want. I do not recommend going here.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Hung up on me without confirming the I was done with my order. Then did it again a second time! Definitely wasn’t talking their ear off, less than 45 seconds between the two calls. I’ll spend my money somewhere else

Visited this week for takeout. Staff was super friendly and took great care to ensure there was no contact between us during the ordering and payment process. Food was great! I got the Bi Bim Bap which was very good and the prices aren’t too bad either!
