We went to the Berm food truck for lunch today and the food was fantastic. We go the Hawaiian bowl, Greek wrap, and kid’s quesadilla. All of it was fresh and tasted wonderful. The owner takes a lot of pride in what he creates, and grows a lot of the vegetables in his garden. I would highly recommend this yummy spot!

A wonderful surprise in Hot Springs and very, VERY good! My husband had the bibimbap, I had japanese curry, and my mom got the “mean green” sandwich. All three of us equally enjoyed our dishes. My japanese curry was well spiced but not too salty, which I appreciated. I could taste the complex flavors and they melded well together– comfort food at its finest. The few bites of the mean green that I stole from my mom were delicious– it’s a sandwich that could definitely be addictive (the green sauce is amazing). And my husband raved about his bibimbap (pictured). It was simply a great lunch, and I look forward to visiting again the next time we’re in Hot Springs.

Foodies (people with adventurous palates) here…Tried them when they first opened up, 4mons ago, back in April 2022–food was bland. We didn’t want to discourage them with a bad review, so we let them get settled in before trying them again. Tried them for Brunch today…Okonomiyaki was on point! Katsudon was mediocre. Pork was super dry. Japanese Curry had no meat and was VERY mild. Taiyaki could use some sort of drizzle, at the very least. Otherwise, it’s just dry and weak.

Such a great find in Hot Springs, SD! Garden fresh, well-spiced, flavorful and healthy dishes.>. we were grateful for a change from the burgers and traditional “comfort food” offered in most SD restaurants. The owner and his wife are kind and thoughtful as well, making something special for my son that wasn’t even on the menu. We highly recommend The Berm food truck!
