As a truck driver, I dine in many states. While in Shelby, NC I was fortunate to fine this amazing soul food restaurant that at one time was someone’s home. That made for the great atmosphere to go along with the 2 thumbs up & 5 star food. The Mac & cheese, fried chicken and cole slaw were on point and we’ll worth the 5 block walk where I left my truck. Had a chance to meet the owner and give her my appreciation for the tasty food. Oh yea, Bob tail parking is available.

Great food! Friendly staff! Restaurant looked clean and orderly. We had food ordered for a group and it was all great! Some of the best chicken ever. I was eligible for an extra side pan and they went out of their way to call me back and tell me, which shows strong ethics as well! Highly recommend.
