I purchased a rib dinner this past Thursday. I ordered from here numerous times and never had an issue..This time when I got my food got home and ready to eat around 8 830 my ribs where completely burned on one side of all the ribs. Tried calling (2x) that night and no answer..called numerous times on Friday(5x) within 2 hours and Saturday(3x). I just want my ribs replaced

We wanted some ribs so I googled and found this place. We normally go to Mt Pleasant. I ordered 1 rib to taste and WOW… the mustard base sauce was delicious !!!!So we ordered wings and rib dinners and the presentation was nice, ribs are all long bones nice and neat, fries, coleslaw…My husband said “Oh yeah baby, our new spot”.

Unfortunately, its not possible to leave less than 1 star. Your over the phone customer service is my first contact. The gentleman I spoke with was rude, and hung up quickly while I was asking a question. My husband called back to find out about the time the food would be ready and he had an attitude. Needless to say we didn’t take our business there. This is the difference between doing business and bidness.I live South of Union and would love to buy barbq in my neighborhood and from black ppl but, places like this make it difficult!

Grilled Buffalo wings were amazing!!! Bought food for my family and the older gentleman was very helpful, he helped me figure out low gluten options (I have a gluten intolerance but can still eat food even if it’s fried in the same fryer). Overall staff was kind and inviting, and the food hit the spot

Unfortunately it’s a shame some ppl have no phone etiquette. Some businesses shouldn’t allow their employees to answer the phone if they don’t know how to talk to customers. I am a black business owner that was trying to call in an order over $50, but the person on the phone was rude, that I will not use this business and I will advise my other friends that are also business owners not to attempt to do business here. So this interaction not not only cost you one customer but at least 15 other customers
