The subs were cold an the french frys were cold as they were put in bag 10 mins before subs were ready, ordered with hot peppers none were found cheese wasn’t even melted on the cburger one. There was no taste at all on the food. I think because it was a rainy day no help shown up an owner was preppung the food and he was looking lost back there. I sure hope the ice cream is better than the grill part as nomore fore me.

Just ordered here for the first time and had the best cheesesteak in a very long time. Perfect amount of cheese and meat. The steak and fried onions were great not too chopped up like so many other places do. The young women who cooked it knows what she is doing.. fries were great also! Can’t wait to order from here again.

Living in Finksburg, there aren’t a lot of options here for restaurants. The Big Chill has decent ice cream (soft serve only, I think) but the hamburgers and hot dogs are also very good. The french fries, on a good day, are the best you’ll find anywhere.

Hop “On lock” Pop
This place has the best food and desert in the entire county. You don’t know a good cheesesteak until you’ve had one of theirs. The owner goes above and beyond for every customer that he serves. Whether it be your first time or your 100th, there is never anything less than exceptional service. This is my absolute favorite place around to have lunch, dinner, and of course desert. It’s comforting to know that when I order anything on their menu I never have to worry about being disappointed. I genuinely look forward to every time I’m in town. Simply because every single menu item that they have to offer has honestly exceeded my expectations. I always leave feeling extremely satisfied, with a full belly, and plenty of leftovers for late night cravings.
