This place was great! The staff, the food, the cocktails, all of it. Burgers are why you’re here, but those fries… Thick and crispy with a soft center, perfection. Also, the chicken legs were very crispy and so juicy inside a rare combination. Wife got the cowboy and I’m a little more adventurous and got the beast, a little game-y but great. We will be back!

The Bison is a restaurant/bar on Main Street in downtown Bothell. It was our first time here, but we weren’t overly impressed. We were given extra plates to share a wedge salad, which were still dirty or not cleaned well. The fish and chips were soggy in places, with more batter than fish, and the burger wasn’t something unique, but the wedge salad and the drinks were good. Overall, it was a bit pricey for what we had in our opinion. Otherwise, it’s a good meeting place to have some drinks and play some darts.

Will say that “The Bison” is a very friendly atmosphere with great food. The service was top notch, and the food was even better. I ordered the Buffalo Bill and it was near perfect. The sauce was a Chipotle rendered sauce, which made the bison burger even more mouth popping. The staff was super attentive. So I gave 5 stars as one of the best bison burgers I have had.

Was expecting better food with the reviews. First, we ordered online, and the person was kind of rude, not your normal, friendly customer service. We got a beef brisket sandwich and an American cheese burger. The beef in the brisket sandwich was really tough, and a lot of it was inedible, but the fries were good. I got their hot sauce on the side, and it was also good. The burger tasted like it came from a frozen beef patty, and overall, it didn’t taste good. For the price, I would not recommend it at all (maybe other items are better).

First time I’d been in here. The Bison burger was amazing — easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in years. My kid said the fish and chips were great. Server was friendly, we had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Love the bar, I always enjoy super spicy food honestly. I went during the fourth of July event and accidently left my bag. Staff kept it aside for me and I picked it up the next day. Friendly people willing to provide a nice experience.
