Stopped in for a meal traveling back to Canada on a business trip. It’s in a Holiday Inn but don’t let that deter you. Food was great, service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere. And they have pinball machines!

The food came out fast and was amazing! The manager, Corey, even stopped at our table to check on everything. Kass and Amber were the server / bartender and they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!

Very poor service, and food was eatable. I ordered wings to start off with, as an appetizer. Then a steak salad with no croutons, but all the rest. I substituted the balsamic for blue cheese dressing plus extra dressing. After half an hour I received both. The wings were dry and overcooked and the salad had a few pieces of steak and no blue cheese crumbles or blue cheese dressing. The server was not attentive at all, did not check how the food was or any refills on the drinks. I will not dine at this restaurant again, nor recommend it

Never got waited on despite polite requests for about an hour by the one waiter and one cook staffing the whole place on a busy Saturday morning. Save your time and money and avoid this restaurant even if you are staying at the hotel

My wife and I just had a very good meal and she had an excellent Mojito (the best she’s ever had). Service was very good, atmosphere very good, not crowded, and clean. Amber took care of our ordering and drinks and did an excellent job. Kudos to her and the kitchen staff at The Bistro. We’ll be back to taste more of their very good meals.

Food was fine and service was very good. However, the game room is in the bar/dining area. There was a group of rowdy young kids in the game room playing air hockey and at the bar which really detracted from the ambiance. Not the kids fault, but it made dinner very unpleasant.
