“Mouth watering, savory, nothing they have ever had before, and authentic Cuban food” these were just a few of the comments I received from my wedding guests due to The Blended Bistro. To say I was one happy bride on her wedding day because of The Blended Bistro would not even do what the owner, Maddy and her team had done for me justice. Her ways of catering my wedding of 200 people was by far the best and easiest experience. She made it all come together flawlessly! From their delicious food, creating a menu for my guests, setting up a beautiful table spread, to their outstanding ways of communicating with me leading up to my wedding day was just imperceptible. Maddy gave us the wonderful experience. Her food was the talk of the wedding for weeks after. The on going question from everyone was, who was our caterer? She sure left a lasting impression on everyone. My husband and I will be booking The Blended Bistro for any upcoming special event for sure! Be sure to check her out you will not be disappointed. The biggest thing people will always remember at a wedding is THE FOOD and Maddy and The Blended Bistro sure made that happen!

This is now my new go to spot! True authentic cuban food! I had the buffalo croqueta and shrimp in garlic empanadas! Absolutely Delicious! Clean environment, customer service was great, and lots of street parking. We will be back!
