The blonde bombs and the pretzel were awesome. The salad was loaded. The pasta was good, but their cook needs to learn how to cook gluten-free pasta. My gf pasta was mush and not even pasta. Other than that, this place is great. The bloody marys were amazing also.

Another somewhat hidden gem in the Belfonte area. We were looking for a finer dining experience and this was the spot. Their brewery is small but the Blonde Belgium was big in flavor. The garlic knot appetizers were hands down amazing with the provided sauce. I had Alfredo with grilled chicken. The wife had Bandiera. Both meals were very tasty. Price point was average for the area but way lower than areas closer to State College. Well worth the trip and a value for the taste.

Ordered a veggie pizza,Undercarriage of the crust was non existent. When I picked the slice up the cheese and ingredients fell straight off. Left me with a flimsy pathetic ‘piece of pizza’ I’ve seen sheets of construction paper thicker than this crust. The pizza sauce is very sweet, veggies were undercooked. I had to eat the top part of the pizza with a fork after it fell off the slice.

This place is so quaint and inviting! Fantastic selection of food and drinks. We were a group of 8 and they had no problem accommodating us. Janessa was our server and she was on it! She has the best personality and made her way around the table numerous times to make sure everyone was well taken care of. If we ever make it back to the area, we will definitely stop here again! Newer restaurant and we wish them all the best!

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and it was delicious. By far one of my new favorite restaurants. The quality of the food if phenomenal. Portions are large! Definitely enough food for 2. Cannot wait to bring my family here when they visit next.

Although a little off the beaten path from State College, The Blonde Bistro offers entrees that rival the best eateries State College has to offer. My only disappointment is that it took me so long to try it. My wife and I usually go out to eat add a few of our favorites in State College but The Blond Bistro has officially made it into our regular rotation.

I came here for dinner for IM 70.3 Happy Valley. I had a Bistro IPA, “Basketti” and meatballs, and a Bistro side salad. It’s at about the 33-ish mile mark of the bike course. Very friendly staff. Very clean establishment.

The Blonde Bistro has everything you could want out of a restaurant: high-quality, delicious food; reasonable prices; very generous portion sizes; friendly service; cozy atmosphere; and refreshing craft beer brewed on-site. My wife and I were both blown away — the quality of the food was significantly higher than most other restaurants in the area, while also being more affordable than the higher-end dining options. All in all, this has quickly become the number one favorite restaurant in our house.

Our food was good. The pretzel appetizer was delicious. I had a scallop special. The scallops were flavorful and perfectly cooked but the brussel sprouts were barely al dente and didn’t add much, which was disappointing. They could have taken the dish up a notch if caramelized instead of still nearly raw. My daughter said her eggplant rolltini was good. My husband gave a thumbs up to his meatballs, but thought his pasta Alfredo was too heavy on butter and not creamy.
