Staff was super friendly! food was excellent. We ordered the chili, very meaty and spicy. The way I like it. We also ordered the wings, hot garlic parm, and the seafood Mac. Food came out hot and was delicious and very filling for the portions. Beer was good, I had the Sweetwater iPad, and We even discovered a new pineapple cider that was very refreshing! I love the back patio as it’s a dog friendly area! We will be back again!

Update Jun 2022: We heard about a new head Chef and a new menu so the family wanted to give this place another try. We had the Half Harvest moon appetizer, which reminded me of an onion ring donut with a spicy sweet and sour sauce, I all found this very good. I think they added just a sprinkle of the ghost pepper seasoning, so they are a tad spicy, so fair warning. We were going to order the loaded nacho’s, but it was a bit confusing as the menu says to pick 3 and $1 extra for topping, but our waiter said it’s easier to just say what you do not want on them, seemed like that could get very expensive. They ended up no having the pulled pork so my wife went with a Reuben. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken and my daughter had the Straight Up Mac. My Nashville Hot was good and so were the upgraded fries. My wife spent most of her meal picking off fat form the corn beef and my daughter was about half way through the mac & cheese when it tasted funny. I investigated the mac & cheese and it tasted like metal, the cast iron it comes it was rusted, this is the second time we’ve noticed rusted cast iron here. We let the waiter know and asked for some mac & cheese in a to go container. I may come in with some buddies for happy hour, but I doubt my family will be suggesting BlueSky anytime soon.

The atmosphere is great. It can be very loud and boisterous when it’s busy. The food is very good; they recently got a new chef, and a few of the menu items have changed a little (unfortunately my favorite entrée, the shrimp and grits with tomato gravy is no longer available). They have a variety of beers to choose from, however lately I’ve had a difficult time choosing because they’re always out of my first couple of go-to’s. But the staff are all super friendly and very accommodating!

I placed an order for chicken Cajun pasta for pick up. Got home with it and it was very oily, lots of liquid and no flavor. After eating it, I had an upset stomach for days

Good food, good drinks, great music! I went with summer friends to see another friend in the band. The music was great, the drinks were good, and the food was pretty yummy. We split the tater tot appetizer and they were really good – including the beer cheese dip. Pretty sure it’s a “locals” kind of place but I had a good time.

The Blue Sky Tavern where do I begin? Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in the York Haven area! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, our salad, wings, and prime rib prime rib, might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was also nothing short of delightful and very professional.

We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at The Blue Sky Tavern. It was our first time having brunch there and they had a large selection of breakfast and lunch items. The crab eggs Benedict was really good. The atmosphere was kid friendly which we loved.

I have dined at this place three different times now since they first opened. I generally just order the normal bar fare. Burgers, Fish and Chips, wings and various sides. Their signature Tater Tots are not what one thinks of when we order tater tots. They are deep fried smooth round brown balls made up of shredded hash brown potatoes and cheese. Tasty but not a tater tot. My battered fish was lukewarm at best and the hand cut fries taste great but cold as well. Must have been sitting in the back a bit. It will be a while before I go back.
