The food could be better for the price, but it’s part of FGCU’s Campus and Dining, so there’s not much expectations for improvement. The environment is pretty great though! They have different seating arrangements to choose from, multiple TVs, and music occasionally playing. They also have an outdoor area, though I’m not sure if that’s the Boardwalk’s or FGCU’s. Great hangout spot but I wouldn’t come here for ✨ good ✨ food (lol it’s fine for college students though).

Staff here, especially the lady at the register, seemed annoyed to serve me. Nasty faces and bad attitude the whole time. My friend and I ordered two smoothies and a salad, to which the girl at the register told her coworker “I’m just gonna walk out”. I understand having a bad day (I work in customer) but this was really unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Me and two of my friends were wanting smoothies, so I went to go get one for each of us. I waited in line and when it was my turn to order, the girl working the register told me no and looked at me like I was stupid. I thought she was messing with me so I laughed and she continued to look at me weirdly and repeated herself “No”. I asked why and she said with a whine “It’s gonna take a long time”. I then asked how long it would take (I was fine waiting for a little bit) and all she said was “A long time”. So I just walked out after waiting in line and didn’t order anything. Will not go back.

It wasn’t my intention to come back, but a friend wanted to meet me here and the food was pretty good, since then I have been back a few times and I can safely say they have fixed the issues they had previously. I was even brave enough to order the notorious macaroni and cheese and there was no plastic in it this time, and above that, it tasted great! Some items are still a little expensive for what you get though.

we walked in the door at 9:06 and got multiple bad looks from the staff. you guys close at 10, you don’t need to be rude about us walking in an hour before you close. girl taking my order was very rude and cut me off. i went back to order a milkshake 5 minutes later, i said “can i have a chocolate sh-“ and got cut off with “no we’re not doing shakes”. i was about to tip but i will not tip for people who treat me that badly. i work in the food industry as well, and i know the frustration of people walking in 2 minutes before we close. what i don’t understand is why you get upset with us when we walk in an hour before you close 🙂

Nice just for hanging out. Atmosphere is nice. Lots of seating available and it has outdoor seating by the water available as well. The food is pretty awful. However, the Starbucks and gelato section is good but a little pricey. Irritated that is is closed over the summer but I suppose demand is too little to keep it open.

It’s OK. Don’t get the boardwalk burger or the fries….BEYOND greasy. The first time I had the meal I felt a bit weird afterwards, but figured it was what I was in for since greasy food is never good…..Tried it again…..got a headache for the rest of the night and lost all of my energy. A complete drainer……..other food seems to be OK. Just don’t get the greasy stuff.
