Be cautious of the empanadas, looks like we got a bad batch of cheese.

First time here with the family and the food was really good. I’m Peruvian but my wife is Bolivian and she loved it so that’s a stamp of approval. Hostess and owners were very attentive. Spacious place which is rare from the Bolivian restaurants I’ve been to which are typically spaced way to close to each other . Definitely will come back!

Very bad attention. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I understand they have new management but this management is worse. The girl who is paying attention does so in a bad mood. They should improve

Couple things, they do not sell ALOT of Bolivian food which kinda sucks for a Bolivian restaurant. the charque SOMETIMES it’s served with real FRESCO cheese other times it’s not so I suggest asking before you order if they have fresh queso or the pre bought queso. The menú so tiny ! there entrees Monday – Friday only 5 – 7 items on the whole menu. Of those items I ordered Charque not available today ? Okay the falso conejo they didn’t have that either. :/ the pasteles are stale and have almost no cheese.. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I came for a bit but the last two times I’ve come it has not been it..

I’ve been going there many many times throughout the years, during old and new owner. However, I’ve noticed the luck of customer service keeps getting worse. The ladies at the front seem to be always in a bad mood, they don’t even know how to greet customers. A simple, hello, how can I help you, bye, thank you, can go a long way in this type of business. I hope they improve their service but for now I’m a disappointed customer.

Do not order any take out, this is the second time after they changed owners that I’ve ordered lunch specials and they don’t give you any bread! Not green sauce or llajua no utensils and they got more expensive. And if you eat there lunch is more expensive(tip included but won’t let you know) and they don’t even come to check on you at the table. I was hoping for a better change.

No, that much good service at all. Plus, the employees are so unprepared and forget what their doing and slow service from other Bolivian restaurants it could been an improvement from before, but I don’t see much of an improvement at all.

This was my go to place all the time for convenience reasons not really for food quality but since management changed I have received horrible service and the food quality has dropped and will no longer return. They are so rude in person and on the phone. Save yourself the headache and drive a little further for good quality food and service. Not to mention they constantly run out of food and give you the most sarcastic and rude answer when you call and that’s assuming you get lucky and they actually answer.
