Visiting Walla Walla from Sequim for some wine tasting. Looked up food trucks on a whim. Wife and I tried the Frenchie and the Mac n Cheese “Philthy”. Both were fantastic, BUT the Mac n Cheese was absolutely the best….maybe the best we’ve ever had. Placed the order. Quick service. Friendly associates. A great place and a must visit for a guilty pleasure!

This food truck is alright. The French onion burger was a good idea, but the execution was poor. It was dry and over cooked. The Mac n cheese is boring, not enough sauce, and the flavor was weak. The Mac salad was good, but they need more sauce and some onions to round it out. The philthy cheesesteak was good, but others found it to be a but over smoked. I will agree some bites with a lot of meat the smoke was overpowering. The German sausage, however, was great! We are willing to try it out again but we are not as optimistic prior to this experience.
