Great service and friendly staff. They also have a really nice bourbon list if you’re in the mood for a drink. I would have given it a lower score if not for the service and the fact that it’s on the outskirts of Crossville. We tried the crab stuffed mushroom appetizer, which had lots of cheese, soggy mushroom, and very little crab. The Monterey chicken was overcooked and underseasoned. The 10 oz ribeye was ok, but a little tough and again it was a little underseasoned. I had to add lots of salt and pepper to the potatoes because they were simply not seasoned. Also we asked for it medium rare and it came out quite rare. The desserts were definitely the best part of the meal, just a little too sugary for me. If you’re outside Crossville near Fairfield Glade and need a bite to eat, it’s great service/atmosphere with forgettable food.

Our hostess, waitress, and all the wait staff were wonderful.

It is my 86 year old father’s favorite place because of their liver and onions. He said it is the best he’s ever had. He lives 6 hours away and every time he comes to visit he insists on going there for liver and onions.

Food and service were good. Dessert was spectacular. Environment & menu were not as pictured. Lunch is sandwiches and soups only.

Hotel recommendations brought me to this hidden gem. You might do well to get a reservation but if you don’t. still go you might just wait abit. They have both booths and tables. Service was excellent. I had fried shrimp and it was delicious. Comfortable. White tablecloths. Not overly loud. Close to interstate. I will go back!

The New York strip looked a bit different than expected, but it was very good, nicely grilled. (It looked more like a ribeye.)

We got there around 5pm and there was no wait but it took nearly 15 minutes to be seated because the host was frantic and kept running back and forth from the stand to the kitchen. Once we were seated, we ordered as soon as our server came to the table and it took over an hour to get our food. Once the food finally arrived, it was sub-par at best. Our server was very nice and kept apologizing for the wait but by the time we got our food, we had to eat very quickly to make it to a show. If you go here, leave at least two hours to be able to eat here and definitely don’t order the Alfredo pasta. The fries were tasty.

Had a 6pm reservation. We arrived at 5:45 and the Hostess said we could go into the adjoining wine tasting while we waited. We came back to the hostess at 6 pm and she had given away our table. After some discussion, she was able to seat us, however 45 minutes later, we still had not had a server come to take our order. However she was in-the process of taking the order of another table that arrived 30 minutes after us. At that point we left. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Steaks were disappointing, we ordered strip and ribeye. They were large as far as plate coverage but very thin. I know this makes them easier and quicker to cook on the grill but most steak lovers want a thick steak and are willing to pay for it.

Wonderful thoughtful waiter but husband 10 ounce ribeye was ordered medium. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and his steak was cold and cooked to well done. It was about 1/4 inch thick and seemed to be about a 6 ounce steak. My pork chop was very good and very big but my baked potato was cold and wouldn’t melt the butter. It was almost closing by the time we got our food or we would have sent it back. Go before 7 if you go. Then maybe your food will be hot or at least you can return it. Waiter gave us 10% off because food wasn’t hot. The best thing was the Brussels sprouts. Delicious
