I have to start off saying I hate that I’m having to give this review, because I Love to Support my People especially new in the Industry. So with that said, the food is “Ok”. (coming from a foodie that will spend money on food, before buying clothes or shoes). The reason I gave a 2 rating is 1st my total was 83.00 (don’t get me wrong price is nothing to us. We just want what we pay to match the quality). We ate off of paper plates & drank out of a plastic small wedding reception cup, also ate with plastic ware. We only ordered small breakfast platters and a child’s breakfast. We did order 2 Mimosas but again it was served in a small plastic wedding reception cup. With all of that being said, I’ll let whomever is reading this be the Judge.

Visited “The Breakfast Spot” for the first time today with my family. Our experience was extremely pleasant! The food was hot, fresh, & tasty…especially the fried chicken. It was seasoned perfectly! The portions were large & the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the music & most importantly the prompt service. Quality across the board! I’d highly recommend for anyone that loves breakfast/brunch!

This place was amazing! The waitresses was A1 ! She was very attentive and her customer service was top notch… explained everything was made to order and we didn’t mind the short wait because all the food came out hot and fresh and tasted like my grandmother’s cooking… I had the salmon Pattie’s and it was delicious

So I heard of this place from a family member who heard about it from The Hungry Man. I’m in and out of Greensboro often, so I had to stop by after reviewing all of his(The Hungry Man) reviews. Omg. This food reminded me of how my Granny use to cook breakfast for us on Sat & Sun. That toast . Everything was very good. The service was fantastic. I hate I didn’t get my waitress name cause she was the best. 5 stars ✨️ all the way. It was packed this am, too. Thanks for the reviews on black owned business, Hungry man.

I tried this restaurant during their grand opening. Dining room floor was very clean upon my entrance. I like that the dining tabletops are stainless steel. This helps with easy clean up. My hostess/waitress was very personable and attentive. I ordered the build-your-own omelet with wheat toast. Omelet was hot, ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. I was also giving a complimentary tequila sunrise. I never had one before, but the drink was good. You could smell the alcohol but not taste it which is a plus. I would go back and recommend others to try it out.

The service and the atmosphere were great. I wasn’t to impressed with my food considering the price charged. Grits were too runny and the salmon croquet needed seasoning. My friend got the omelet and must admit that look and tasted delicious plus it was larger then expected. I will go again but will try something different.

Me and Father was really bored and decided to try somewhere new. This place was very unheard from us so we thought to go and wasn’t disappointed! Awesome customer service and food came in fast! Lemonade was kind of sweet but One of our new fav places now!

This was our first time coming to this restaurant and food was great ESPECIALLY the fried chicken wings.I had a ham and cheese omelet, potatoes, pancake, mimosa, and cranberry juice. My partner had the chicken and waffles with a side of scrambled eggs. I enjoyed my omelette but I do believe that a side should be included with the omelette based on how much we paid for everything. My partner enjoyed their food but felt that the waffles were too thick and I felt the same about my pancake. I originally was going to order the bottomless mimosas for both my partner and I but after our server let us know it was $17+ each I decided to go with one mimosa for myself which was $7. The wait was horrible we waited over an hour for our food. While waiting I decided I wanted bottomless mimosas for myself and was told since I didn’t order my first mimosas apart of the bottomless mimosas I would have to pay for the one mimosa on top of the $17+ bottomless mimosas which is price gouging to me. I instead opted for a cranberry juice which they serve individual bottles of juices and they use plastic ware for all of their food and drinks so instead of individual bottles, I believe they should just decrease the price by buying bulk gallons of juice and using the plastic cups and allowing refills. I rated the service a 2 because I saw our waiter take napkins from another table that was from a family that had left already and proceed to give those napkins to another table that asked for them instead of going to the counter to grab fresh new napkins. This made me become very vigilant of what was being done with our food. I love that they had card games to play while you wait for your food but with waiting over an hour for our food games will not distract you from your hunger and hard seats. I would definitely give it a try again, but will order to go instead since dining in wasn’t the experience I expected.

Found this place while on a road trip. No joke, it’s the best breakfast food I have ever had. The owner/chef brought the food out herself and you can tell she takes pride in making and serving the food! my waitress was also super nice and quick to check on me and the food. I will go out of my way to come here again on any road trips that bring me even remotely near here.
