This place went down hill after the new weird owners came along coffee is not the same and service is horrible! Definitely would not recommend!

Iced coffee was ok, but staff seemed confused when I asked for cold brew.

My good experience started before we even entered the coffee shop. A very kind gentleman helped us find our way when we got turned around inside the building, and it turns out he worked there! The staff was very warm and welcoming. On top of that, their coffee and breakfast bowl was DELICIOUS. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for making our trip to Jacksonville that much sweeter! (:

Always delicious. This is a Friday morning staple for our office, but it is good any day of the week. Staff is very friendly and quick to take your order. Food always hot and fresh.

Where to begin? The Brick is an oasis in an otherwise dearth of downtown lunch options. The specials are always on point and varied. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. Doing over 100 lunches daily in this tiny little place without making customers have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes for your food is quite impressive! My only complaint is that I wish they were open on Saturdays so that I don’t have to blindly wander the downtown streets in desperate search for a decent lunch.

I was surprised by this coffee cafe. Not very cleanly and was more of a convenience store vibe. Our coffee drink was decent but the vibe of the place wasn’t really conducive for study or a pleasant nook to read a book. More of an environment for workers to go for lunch.

Pleasant staff. It was super busy when I went, resulting in slow service. Good all around though.

A sweet hidden coffeehouse in the historical Ed Ball building with indoor or street seating. The service is friendly and the ice coffee is perfect. The line during lunch hour snakes out their door so I recommend checking this gem out after 1:00 pm.
